Our garage door springs broke as we were about to leave for vacation. I called Precision and they were able to get us in early the next day. Jason our tech was amazing! He showed up early, had excellent communication, educated us on the multiple issues we had. We opted to get a whole new door opener, springs, hardware. (Our old garage opener was 21 years old and we have an oversized garage door.) We were extremely impressed and have already referred a neighbor to Precision.

I knew of Precision from local advertising and an excellent review. I called around 4:30pm on a Thursday and they came the next day. The technician was professional and very knowledgeable. The repairs were done in a very timely manner and a very good cleanup was done. There was also a 10 year warranty for my repair.

He discussed the options available for a new unit and helped us make an informed decision. Once the new opener was installed, he made sure we understood how to program and use the keypads and car remotes. This is definitely a Company we feel comfortable referring others to.
