While there the technician Joe Igla mentioned that this would be an opportune time o replace a couple of other parts while we are at it. Luke did an outstanding job repairing not only our garage door operator/motor, but also the entire system. He replaced the chain gear and sprocket, then made some repairs to the door guide and mounting points. When he was done, the door was so quiet, I couldn't believe it was the same garage door opener. It has NEVER been this quiet, not even when we first moved into the home. He was punctual, and did the work in a timely manner, without rushing the work. You can tell he is very skilled and experienced in his field. I'm glad we chose Precision door service. After seeing their work, I now know there is a name I can rely on for any future needs.
