We called because of a faulty outside keypad and the 2 staff members were able to get out to us the very next day! After consulting with the employees, we decided to replace the garage door opener as well as the keypad. They were able to complete the entire process in just a few hours. The staff were efficient, good communicators, and very friendly. I was also impressed that they thanked me for my patronage and shook my hand; you don't see that type of professionalism much anymore.

This is our first time working with Precision Door Service. The technician (Max or Mack) was excellent. His attention to detail was amazing. He gave us a quick review of the remedy to get our garage door working properly. He completed our repairs in a short amount of time. It has been a long time since I"ve had someone come to our home to complete repairs and when he left I knew we were given excellent service and our garage door will be working for years to come. I saw your ad on TV and decided to go with precision door your tech was on time was that tell me what had to be done and I ended up buying a new garage door because we had had it for 20 years he did a great job everything he said was exactly what he told me and I’m very satisfied and he did a great job very professional

the repair person was timely and perform the replacement of the broken spring. Because the garage door is 20+ years old we had the rollers replaced and new cable/drums. We notice that there was some popping from the wheels after a few days and I noticed issues with the cable and drums. I called Precision to have them look at the issue under warranty, they sent a person out and the issue is corrected.

We had a garage door opener replacement installed. Brandon was personable, and professional. He explained all of our options. When he was finished, he synced our vehicles and demonstrated all of the new functions. The new opener is SO quiet. 10/10 would recommend.

I would like to start with the reason for a 4 star. In reality they got a 5. But I was taught always leave room for improvement and reach for the stars so to speak lol. But really5. Scott and Ryan were superior service. Very polite. They explained everything very well. :). They didn't seem like people just about the money. They seemed to enjoy helping others. I feel like people often put aside reviews wether it's just put aside or forgot,time restrictions or just pure laziness... I mean let's be serious. ;) but they were worth it. Thanks always Vernholm family.
