I wanted to have them come out and do a tune up. I've worked with them before and was very pleased. Jackson was the technician that arrived. He gave me a phone call to let me know he was on the way. He checked over the system and had so recommended repairs. He let me know that the springs and opener motor were nearing the end of life. Had an estimate ready, but wasn't pushy about selling it to me which I appreciated. I decided to go with replacement and he was able to do it the same time. It looks amazing and so professional. We chose Precision Door Service after my wife did some research. Samuel Moan arrived on the same day that I called and informed me by text and voice mail that he was on his way. I explained our situation about trying to fix my garage door opener myself, and that I may have damaged it where we would need a new opener. Samuel showed me some options but suggested that he might be able to get it to work. In less than 2 hours, Samuel reassembled and reinstalled the opener and eliminated the problems. He also did some much-needed maintenance and explained and showed me why. Samuel was very courteous, understanding (of my situation), professional and extremely knowledgeable. Spring broke this morning. Wife’s car was trapped. Made the call. Nick showed up promptly and began his repair. He quickly and professionally repaired the previously botched installation of my 2 year old springs. He then went above and beyond to replace the arm that was too short. Found missing and loose bolts everywhere and fixed those as well. My garage door has never ran this smooth. Thank you Nick!

I called and one of them to do a tuneup and when David got here, he pointed out right away. I had a broken spring and actually showed me the other issues with my garage door. Worn bearings On both sides anda bent rod and a worn center bearing. Give me a great price and was very knowledgeable and super friendly and explained everything before I okayed the work.
