I had scheduled an appointment to have somebody take a look at my garage door opener that was no longer responding to commands from the remote. Joe was the technician who came out. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He came up with several repair and replacement options and explained the pros and cons of each. We decided to replace the units and he got right to work. He quickly replaced 2 units, set up all the remotes, and walked me through how to use everything. Joe was very polite and courteous throughout the whole process. He was great to work with and I would highly recommend.

I have been using Precision Door for years now. You call with a problem they always come out the same day. This time I had an issue with the door opening itself at all different times. Joe I was awesome. Showed up on time was very thorough in his explanation and troubleshooting. Sold us the higher end garage door opener. I would say he installed it in record time. He answered every one of my questions. He “schlepted”all the old parts away. Left the garage nice and clean, and explained any troubleshooting that I might have. He also helped me set up the app, On my phone. He is highly recommended in my book. I see the commercials every day on TV. I have used Precision Garsge Door before and I called today because I couldn’t get my garage door down. We experienced a problem with our large wooden automatic garage door that has been periodically updated since the 1980s, and was suffering from worn parts. I contacted 3 door companies to assess and quote, and Joe from Precision was the second to respond to my request and came onsite to assess and advise on repairs. He gave us three options which offered a repair to fix our problem and also prevent further issues in the near future. He was clear on the warrantee offered in parts and labor, clear on the type of parts used (high use springs) and explained some differences we would notice once repairs were complete and even giving simple advice to me about monthly maintenance which could prolong the life of the existing and new parts. I highly recommend Peecision & in particular Joe for a garage door system overhaul or repair.
