Joe is an excellent service representative. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain three different options for repairing my broken garage door, ranging from the least expensive repair to a complete door replacement. After evaluating the options, he reinforced my existing garage door, replaced all of the track rollers, and adjusted the spring tension to reduce the effort required to open and close the door. His work has extended the useful life of my garage door and allows me to postpone the expense of a full replacement until I can better afford it. Joe was honest, thorough, and focused on finding the solution that best fit my needs and budget. He also provided a price break and a senior discount, which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Joe to anyone needing garage door service or repairs.

I have been using Precision Door for years now. You call with a problem they always come out the same day. This time I had an issue with the door opening itself at all different times. I called and Joe came out and replaced the opener inside the garage and now jo mire phantom openings. He was very polite did good work. I now am going to have them replace my garage door.

Joe I was awesome. Showed up on time was very thorough in his explanation and troubleshooting. Sold us the higher end garage door opener. I would say he installed it in record time. He answered every one of my questions. He “schlepted”all the old parts away. Left the garage nice and clean, and explained any troubleshooting that I might have. He also helped me set up the app, On my phone. He is highly recommended in my book. I see the commercials every day on TV. This is why I wanted to get a second opinion precision doors was the second opinion and we went with them so they become highly recommended. Awesome job Joe much appreciated.

We experienced a problem with our large wooden automatic garage door that has been periodically updated since the 1980s, and was suffering from worn parts. I contacted 3 door companies to assess and quote, and Joe from Precision was the second to respond to my request and came onsite to assess and advise on repairs. He gave us three options which offered a repair to fix our problem and also prevent further issues in the near future. He was clear on the warrantee offered in parts and labor, clear on the type of parts used (high use springs) and explained some differences we would notice once repairs were complete and even giving simple advice to me about monthly maintenance which could prolong the life of the existing and new parts. I highly recommend Peecision & in particular Joe for a garage door system overhaul or repair.

We had a new garage door opener installed by Joe Igla and he did an amazing job. Not only great workmanship but excellent/clear communications and customer service throughout the entire process. Great response time and our tech was prepared with options to either repair/retro-fit or replace lift units. I chose to replace them with new and Joe did an excellent job installing them. He kept me informed of his progress then did a complete overview with me when he was done to make sure I understood how to use the new lift units. Joe is personable, knowledgeable, friendly and outgoing - but not pushy in any way. He helped and advised me so that I could come to an informed decision and I appreciated his input and attitude.
