I have been using Precision Door for years now. You call with a problem they always come out the same day. This time I had an issue with the door opening itself at all different times. I called and Joe came out and replaced the opener inside the garage and now jo mire phantom openings. He was very polite did good work. I now am going to have them replace my garage door.

Joe I was awesome. Showed up on time was very thorough in his explanation and troubleshooting. Sold us the higher end garage door opener. I would say he installed it in record time. He answered every one of my questions. He “schlepted”all the old parts away. Left the garage nice and clean, and explained any troubleshooting that I might have. He also helped me set up the app, On my phone. He is highly recommended in my book. I see the commercials every day on TV. This is why I wanted to get a second opinion precision doors was the second opinion and we went with them so they become highly recommended. Awesome job Joe much appreciated.

We experienced a problem with our large wooden automatic garage door that has been periodically updated since the 1980s, and was suffering from worn parts. I contacted 3 door companies to assess and quote, and Joe from Precision was the second to respond to my request and came onsite to assess and advise on repairs. He gave us three options which offered a repair to fix our problem and also prevent further issues in the near future. He was clear on the warrantee offered in parts and labor, clear on the type of parts used (high use springs) and explained some differences we would notice once repairs were complete and even giving simple advice to me about monthly maintenance which could prolong the life of the existing and new parts. I highly recommend Peecision & in particular Joe for a garage door system overhaul or repair.

Great response time and our tech was prepared with options to either repair/retro-fit or replace lift units. I chose to replace them with new and Joe did an excellent job installing them. We had our 3 garage door openers replaced. 28+ years of service and the parts no longer available. Two were Liftmaster. The 3rd was a Genie, 30+ years old. Joe Igla, service technician was very helpful informing us of the options. Ended up replacing all 3 with the Precision's house brand, Marantec, made in Germany. Very quiet, smooth and not all the high tech features we don't need. Joe was there 5 hours, excellent service removal, installation and connection to all 3 vehicles. Call Precision.
