Born and raised in Kansas City, Joe moved to the Pacific NW in 2015. They have enough on their hands at home with a son born January 2020 and an energetic Labrador-Spaniel mix, but Joe always has the energy to lend a helping hand to customers. In their spare time, they enjoy listening to audio books about history and distant places and exploring the region they've grown to love so much.

A spring broke on the garage door so we checked online and found Precision which has excellent reviews. They were right! We called and less than 24 hrs later the technician arrived. Joe did a great job replacing the springs. He was knowledgeable, professional, prompt and a nice person. The garage door is now working better than ever! We recommend Precision and will call again if any garage door issues come up.

What great service! I called around 5PM and was given an appointment for the following morning. Technician Joe both texted and called about 20 minutes before arrival. We had our 3 garage door openers replaced. 28+ years of service and the parts no longer available. Two were Liftmaster. The 3rd was a Genie, 30+ years old. Joe Igla, service technician was very helpful informing us of the options. Ended up replacing all 3 with the Precision's house brand, Marantec, made in Germany. Very quiet, smooth and not all the high tech features we don't need. Joe was there 5 hours, excellent service removal, installation and connection to all 3 vehicles. Call Precision.

Spring broke on my 20+ year old garage door. Contacted Precision Garage Door Service and setup a next day service. Service Technician Joe Igla responded inspected the garage door and related hardware, and within an hour had the springs/bearings replaced. Joe didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, was very professional and friendly. The repair cost was reasonable and now my garage door is working like new. Three year warranty is an added plus. Very happy with the entire experience.

I requested tuneup and maintenance on my 2018 double garage door. Joe arrived and told me my door was in good shape. He asked if I would like new springs installed, as they were 7 years old. He told me they were good now, and it was my decision. I chose to have new springs installed. I purchased a new remote to replace one of my 30-year old remotes. Joe is very personable and did a great job. I was impressed by the service I received.

Wow! called Precision at 1300 yesterday for bid to replace old garage door opener. Joe, a very professional, friendly and installer arrived 45 min later. After we talked about what I was looking for, he assessed current set up, presented 4 or 5 options and price ranges to fit my budget and situation. To my surprise about 4 hours later, all done! (new openers, rollers, springs, outside lock boxes, etc) Workspace was left clean, he instructed us on how to use, answered all questions, I appreciated his sense of humor, job knowledge and eagerness to get the job done right. New openers are whisper quiet and smooth as butter, I highy recommend Precision, excellent customer service!!

I called at 8:00 am regarding a broken door spring and they were at my residence by 12:30 pm the same day making repairs. We have currently had our home, new since 1992, and the 3 garage doors have been in service since then. I have had other garage door people service them. But, since Dec. 2024 I have had Precision service and maintain them. Today I had "Joe" replace all the rollers on the one door that gets used the most. Called in the afternoon, and he was here by 2:00pm. Courteous and knowledgeable, he completed the work very quickly and the door is almost new again. They are the best in the business.
