I appreciate being able to watch a video of technicians before our appointment. Brandon was very thorough and knowledgeable about garage doors and garage door openers. He explained everything well and gave us many options. Brandon also called before arriving so we would know exactly when to expect him--and he was able to come even earlier than our original time slot. I would highly recommend Precision Door Portland to anyone needing garage door repair or replacement.

Paul was out to fix the squeaking on our garage door. It was sounding REALLY rough. He said it was a quick fix, and the charge was less than quoted. I'd happily recommend Precision Door Service. VERY professional.

I called at 6 PM Thursday night, and had a tech here at 8:30 Friday morning. Brad was absolutely wonderful!! He was professional, kind, explained everything well and was done within 3 hours. He left our garage exactly how he found it which was much appreciated! He worked around all the projects going on in the garage with no complaints. I would without a doubt recommend this company to anyone looks for garage door needs!
