He was born and raised in New Jersey with a stop in North Virginia and recently made the PNW his home. He is an avid baseball and hockey fan and is a beer and foodie enthusiast. Scott really enjoys the day to day challenges the job brings as each customer and each individual concern creates a new and unique way for him to resolve them.

Made appt on line last night. Scott arrived today right on time. Presented me a couple options and within 40 minutes he installed a new spring and rewound the cable plus made some adjustments to the door. It works like a charm. Two thumbs up to the Precision crew. Wow, great customer service. Not only was i able to make an appointment after hours on their website but I was able to make the appointment that fit my schedule. Scott, my Precision technician, called to tell me when he would be at my house and I was also sent a text message with his picture so I knew who was coming to my house. Scott reviewed everything and made sure that we had a garage door opener that would work best for our house and door. It was a pleasure to work with Scott & Precision.

I called to have my garage door serviced and was able to get the service completed on the same day. My technician Scott arrived on time and was very friendly and super knowledgeable. Scott inspected the door and replaced the spring and serviced the door in about an hour! It was a great experience and a great way to end the week on a positive note! Highly recommend!

We continue to be so impressed with Precision Garage Door. We had a broken spring on Friday night and their dispatcher booked us an appointment on Saturday at no extra charge for Saturday service plus the spring was under warranty. Scott Kern was our technician and he was excellent. Arrived right on time and promptly replaced our broken spring. Very efficient and pleasant to work with. Our Father's Day weekend was not impacted due to a broken spring and we are thrilled. Precision provides great products, service and value plus they back up their products. We highly recommend! I hated parting with each dollar I had to spend because I accidentally backed into my garage door before it was fully opened. Having said that and on a more positive note, let me say that Scott was a pleasure to deal with, he did any excellent job doing the repair, and he provided outstanding customer service in spite of the circumstances. Dear Precision Door Service Precision Garage door does not disappoint when it comes to customer service. I called Brad Blocker and he put me in touch with Scott Kern the technician who would be coming out to fix my door. Scott sent me a picture of himself and the time he would be coming to my house. This I found very reassuring due to the fact that I would be aware of who was representing Precision for the appointment. Scott Kern called and introduced himself informed me he was at anther job and would be at my house by five o'clock to fix my garage door. Scott was right on time and with in 20 min the door was fixed my garage door opener now works, both springs on the door were replaced and my garage door is working properly again. This was done same day the garage door went down with a big bang. In this day an age I find that customer service is lacking in so many industries but I now know that Precision Garage Door Service holds a standard of excellent service and understanding of customers needs. Scott Kern is a very good representative of your company he was kind, courteous and even remembered working on my brothers garage door. Thank you Precision Garage door Service for taking such good care of a vey happy customer.
