I just bought a house and the garage door was moaning and creaking quite badly every time it was opened/closed. After doing research online, I ultimately chose Precision Garage Door Service to address the issues at hand. Within an hour of contacting this company, Samuel arrived at my home to address my garage door issues. After discussing my concerns, he then went right to work assessing the situation. Sam then wrote up 4 options to address the problems at various levels, and we discussed the pros and cons of each option. After I made my choice, he went right to work. When Sam was finished, not only was the door opening and closing MUCH more quietly and with ease, but the new trim also solved another problem, and looked nice as well. Lastly, Sam took the time to teach me how to take care of twice yearly lubrication of the door hinges on my own. I am thrilled with the work that was done, and my neighbors will be thankful for this repair as well! I will most certainly be recommending Precision Garage Door Service to others!

Jeffery showed up on time and looked over what needed to be done. He took about 15mins to look at both garage doors and show me three different proposals and price and asked me what proposals I would like to go with. Proposal was very thorough and I chose the one I wanted. Jeffery went over everything that would be done on the proposal I chose and got started on the Job. When job was done he showed me everything that was done and showed me that all is working. Was very happy with all work done and will recommend Precision door to anyone I know if they need garage door work done. Jeffery really knows what he is doing and I really appreciate that.

My garage door openers had stopped working, even when I replaced a battery so I knew I needed to call someone. I had remembered advertisements for Precision door and gave them a call. They were able to get me an appointment with a technician within a couple hours. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable. It turned out that my unit was 30 years old and had "died". He installed a new one, replaced the rollers on my door and showed me how to use the app on my phone. I am VERY pleased.

Very prompt service response. Booked on line at 2:30 PM and Jackson arrived by 3:30 PM. He explained our options for the repairs needed gave us 4 options. Explained the options thoroughly and then let us decide with no pressure. Told the total cost of all options and how long it would take. We picked the option that was best for our needs. Luke Dials was the representative that came to my house to assess why the garage door made so much noise when opening & closing. He has the right personality and skills: he really listened to the concerns of me as a customer, and to provide the solutions needed. Both are highly valued by me. One of two garage door motors failed and we called Precision to replace the motor. Two Brians came out and, after explaining what they would be doing, they went to work. In a shade over 2 hours they replaced the chain drive with a belt drive, installed a new motor to match the other one (which had been replaced 3 years ago), and secured the electric eyes so that they can't get out of alignment. Nice job guys. Very pleased
