We had great service from Vance yesterday, Feb. 26, 2026. I had found the garage door opened the previous day when neither of us had been out there, and the time and date on the inside opener were wrong. We discussed with Vance the possibilities of why that might happen and we stil don't know for sure, but I asked him to check everything out. He suggested two options including to lubricate the tracks, etc. which he did. He explained exactly what he proposed to do and the cost of both options. I really appreciate the quick response and working with Vance was a pleasure!

I called to make the appointment at nearly 9pm for service the next morning. Received a text with the technician's name about 30 minutes prior to the time of the appointment and a call shortly after that. Trey was on time, pleasant and knowledgeable. Gave me some choices on repair, got approval and did the repairs in the estimated time of about an hour. We confirmed the garage door operated properly. Very happy with the work. We were locked into our garage (door wouldn't open), and Precision Team was super-responsive. They answered our initial call on the first ring, had a 2-hour window scheduled within 20 minutes, and Colby arrived within 90 minutes of our call. He was courteous, professional and friendly; he quickly diagnosed the problem (broken spring) and set to work. Once finished replacing broken spring + all rollers etc., he took the time to inform us about maintenance schedule going forward, including what products to use and where / how to apply. (He also let us know that we can have this done regularly by Precision if we prefer they do it). Other than the "rude awakening" start to the day, a really positive experience -- A+!

We just had an issue yesterday with our garage door that’s almost 30 years old. We called for an appointment, and first off much to our surprise they had an opening for that afternoon. Of course we said yes to that! The technician that came out Jeffery was first very nice, we started telling him what happened… and right away he said he'd look at it to see if he could fix it rather than a replace it. We feel like most places would go automatically to replace it for the money aspect of it all. He checked everything over for the safety end of it.,..told us he could fix the door itself. He then figured three different prices for us. He had a good, better, best prices, and what would be done on each one. We choose the one we felt was best for us, and he did a fantastic job! He was not only patient with us asking question's of him, but left everything clean, and showed us what to do in the future to maintain a good working system!
