Booked my appointment one day ahead. The next day Andrew Del Fava came to service our door that had been neglected since it's install over ten years ago. Needless to say it made fingernails on a chalkboard sound beautiful. Not to be deterred, Andrew did an amazing job and got our door to almost hum, an amazing transformation! Andrew was prompt, communicative, very skilled and knowledgeable. Don't call around. Use Precision and be done!

Called Precision because of intermittent “banging” sound when the garage door was opening. Had same day service in a few hours. The technician, Jackson, diagnosed the problem immediately (damaged bearing plates) and replaced them quickly — a very affable technician who obviously knew what he was doing. My wife and I both told him that his skill would not be taken over by AI for a long time, if ever. We are completely satisfied with the work done by Jackson, and the rapid response time by Precision Garage Door Service.

Luke the technician was Fast, Professional, and Courteous. His workmanship is high quality. A year ago Precision Garage Door Service replaced opener, rollers and spring. 1 Year later... Free of charge, They warranty replaced one of the rollers. Additionally, lubricated the door hinges, rollers and rails.

A technician arrived to my house within 20 mins of my call and they are the only local company that is actually open on weekends with an added bonus, they won't upcharge for weekend repairs! We had a new garage door opener installed by Joe Igla and he did an amazing job. Not only great workmanship but excellent/clear communications and customer service throughout the entire process. I also very much appreciated that Precision was able to book us an appointment so quickly (in just a day or two after I initially called) - and Joe was even able to arrive early to our house (after checking in with me to ensure that it worked for us). Overall extremely satisfied!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The office manager/ receptionist who handled my initial phone call was friendly, professional, and made the process incredibly seamless. Their TV advertisement is 100% spot on! They do offer same-day service! I made my phone call at 2:10 pm on Friday afternoon and by 3:45, Luke (service technician) pulled into my driveway.
