Experienced a broken spring that needed quick attention, so reached out to Precision on their website to schedule an appointment which was super easy. Within a couple of hours Jeffery showed up to give me my options and improving several needs for both garage doors including a new opener and tune-up to ensure future issues don't arise. We called as an emergency situation on Saturday- cars in the garage and could not open auto or manual. Customer service responded with tech available in few hours. Within two hours the the tech text that he was on the way. Reviewed options/ cost for repairing (was very detailed and clear as to options) that could be completed in approximately two hours. Tech completed and reviewed what he did. Everything worked perfect. Would call this company again and recommend them.

Spring broke on my 20+ year old garage door. Contacted Precision Garage Door Service and setup a next day service. Service Technician Joe Igla responded inspected the garage door and related hardware, and within an hour had the springs/bearings replaced. Joe didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, was very professional and friendly. The repair cost was reasonable and now my garage door is working like new. Three year warranty is an added plus. The receptionist greeted me and was courteous on the phone. We were able to have an appointment 2 hours later. David Teehee was prompt and very courteous. He was professional and the service he performed has alleviated the issue we had experienced, ie; the door was not sealing on our garage floor. He installed a new bottom seal. The price that he charged was very generous. Additionally, he thoroughly checked our door and suggested issues that may need to be addressed in the future.
