Precision Garage Door Service did a great job! It was easy to call and talk with a live operator and then have Chuck come out and fix the problem. I really appreciate the same day service and was called 30 minutes before the tech arrived. Chuck was friendly and described what the problems were and how to fix them and told me the price. He went right to work and did a professional job of cleaning up after he was done. He answered all my questions and the whole process took about an hour and a half. Sam introduced himself and started his inspection asking detailed questions regarding the problem we were experiencing. My garage door had not had any maintenance for at least 15 yrs and was not able to close.Upon Trey’s recommendation many things were upgraded and replaced.
