The receptionist greeted me and was courteous on the phone. We were able to have an appointment 2 hours later. David Teehee was prompt and very courteous. He was professional and the service he performed has alleviated the issue we had experienced, ie; the door was not sealing on our garage floor. He installed a new bottom seal. The price that he charged was very generous. Additionally, he thoroughly checked our door and suggested issues that may need to be addressed in the future.

Our technician was right on time and came out the following day that I called. Chuck Hunt was personable, knowledgeable, skillful and articulate, which helped us in deciding what to do after his inspection. Chuck gave us several options to consider for repairing our 25 yr. old heavy, wooden, garage door as well as replacing the Lift master equipment. He had everything he needed to replace and repair with him, which meant no waiting for someone to come back at another time. Spring broke on a Saturday night around 10 pm got online seen that your company was open on Sunday made a appointment online for Sunday morning and Colby Diaz came out and looked over my door and told me what i needed and how much for it to be done he was great with showing me everything about it and how to keep my whole garage door system in good working condition and was very pleasant to chat with would definitely recommend. Price i felt was great considering it was on a Sunday and 12 hours after the garage door was broken no complaints thank you

I called on Friday night after 5 pm & booked an appointment window from 8-10 am on Saturday morning. The original problem had self resolved by the time he arrived. Robert Ruffin provided an assessment of the condition of my 2006 era door & supporting hardware. I approved the estimate & he repaired all worn-out items & provided me a 10 year warranty. The process was easy & completed timely. Robert was informative, polite & completed the work with professionalism.

I requested tuneup and maintenance on my 2018 double garage door. Joe arrived and told me my door was in good shape. He asked if I would like new springs installed, as they were 7 years old. He told me they were good now, and it was my decision. I chose to have new springs installed. I purchased a new remote to replace one of my 30-year old remotes. Joe is very personable and did a great job. I was impressed by the service I received.

Jackson was our service technician. He was able to come earlier than scheduled. He was very gregarious and nowadays to find a service provider with good customer skills is becoming rare. He got to work quickly, explained everything after his inspection. He discovered issues with the garage door that we were unaware of, which explained the problems with the garage door. The job site was left clean, we were shown how to use the new equipment and were shown what was replaced. We are very pleased with the work and worker. All moving parts of the garage door system were replaced.
