Very quick and professional. Replaced the broken spring safely. Chuck was cheerful and showed me the options without high pressure selling. We had Precision door come out to replace a broken spring on our garage door. While there the technician Joe Igla mentioned that this would be an opportune time o replace a couple of other parts while we are at it. The garage door is 25 years old so we felt this was a great idea. Now the door is quieter than ever and we could not be more pleased with their service.
