5 Star all around! Our garage door spring broke & after reading the reviews for Precision, I gave them a call. They scheduled me same day. David was on time, professional & friendly. After he inspected the door & opener I was given 3 service options as well as a quote for a new opener, which I had requested due to our opener was 25+ yrs old. David explained the difference in each quote and the pros & cons. I was never pressured to choose the more expensive option and there were no hidden fees. The decision of what I wanted/needed was fully mine & I felt confident in my choice due to David taking the time to explain the options so I understood them. A couple of hours later I had a brand new opener & full repair/replacement of the spring, cables, etc. My new opener is so quiet & works like a dream! I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Precision for all your garage repair/replace needs!

Nick was friendly and professional. He replaced my garage door opener the same day in under two hours and went above and beyond by putting in the two bottom rollers that had been sitting on my shelf. From the beginning I was impressed with how responsive their email team was, and in the end I was satisfied with the result and how quiet the new opener was. The entire process took less than 12 hours, from my initial outreach to installation.

Samuel was my technician and he was terrific! He was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He texted me to let me know he was on his way and then called as he got closer to provide a more specific ETA. My appointment was just to have an annual service on my garage door. I also had what I thought was a programming issue with the key pad so, once he arrived, I asked for assistance with that. Samuel quickly diagnosed that there was actually a problem with the key pad itself. Not directly related to my experience with Samuel, I want to say how much I appreciate receiving a photo of the technician who will be performing the work in advance of their coming to my home.

Our technician Jeffrey did an outstanding job! I unfortunately backed into one of our garage doors, and was unable to get my car out. He was able to straighten the door out, where we will be able up use it until our new doors come in. In addition, he replaced my wife’s 27 year old garage door opener during his call! Our garage was spotless after he left!! This is the second time we have used Precision, we feel no need to go anywhere else!

Our garage door spring broke in the morning. I went on-line and Precision popped up on a google search. I was able to easily schedule an appointment on-line. I picked later in the afternoon. Within 10 minutes of the start of the 2 hour window David your service technician called to give me a more precise time for his arrival, which was right in the middle of the two hour window. I received an automated message and then another phone call from David indicating his arrival would be within 15 minutes (still on the original timeframe he estimated in the earlier phone call). I was very impressed with the communication to let me know that you were aware of my appointment time and did everything to keep it and keep me in the loop. I haven't gotten that sort of communication from any other contractors/repairmen. As for the actual work, David was very friendly and competent. He provided three options to solve the problem. That is, minimum repair to get the broken spring repaired only, then two other options that replace some more moving parts and another that replace all moving parts of the door. The work was completed quickly and professionally. While I hope I don't need any garage door work in the near future, but if I do, I will certainly call Precision Garage Door and ask specifically for David!

I had an issue with door not opening fully today at our detached garage with no other exterior entrance , and key pad tempermental .. for several days.. I called Precision Door at around 11 am. The scheduling person said they could come this afternoon between 1 and 3. At 1:05 there was a knock on the door and the very pleasant technician was there! I know this doesnt't happen all the time but I have always had great response , no-one trying to upsell, and they are fast and efficient.
