We bought a 2007 townhouse and google searches suggested some parts of the garage door system may be at end of life. I paid to have the spring, bearings, and rollers replaced. It’s warrantied for life. Vance was friendly, efficient, and super helpful. I highly recommend him.

Outstanding business experience. Called and Trey was at my house and did a proactive service and made a recommendation on what I’m going to need. Trey called shortly after I called dispatch and said he would be here in twenty to twenty five minutes…not between 2 and 6. He was polite efficient and freshen up my battery’s in my door opener. He and Precision exceeded my expectations on speed of appt and work completed. I’m their client and there my provider for any service I need regarding garage door service and accessories.

I contacted Precision Door due to a problem with my garage door not closing. I received a service call from Chuck the next day. He was courteous, professional and friendly. After troubleshooting the garage door opener issue, Chuck explained to me the options available for both repair and replacing the unit. I felt in the long run that the replacement option was the best and that it was a reasonable price. Chuck finished replacing it in about 45 minutes and did a great job.

Chuck was friendly, professional and efficient. Came prepared to do a little extra, like put in an exterior garage door keypad. This is the second time I have used Precison Garage Door. Could not be more pleased with their service.

Brian was here this morning to perform my annual maintenance. Once again he had a great tip for me concerning the light bulbs in my opener. He told me about the LED garage opener bulbs sold at Home Depot. Apparently they don’t loosen with the vibration when the door is moving, and they last much longer because they’re LED. He has come to my home many times for my annual maintenance. Gotta say, he is my favorite!! I have been a customer of Precision Door Service for many years, and wouldn’t even consider using anyone else. They have consistently provided exceptional customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone who requires garage door service.

Samuel kept me updated on his arrival time and gave a very thorough and thoughtful consultation on what he was seeing. He is truly an expert and was knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. Once we decided on the service to complete, he worked quickly and was done earlier than he had quoted. Precision has earned a customer for life.

Arrived on time with a prior phone message of ETA. Clean, efficient, friendly, and informative. Took care of the issue within half an hour. Discussed future options for an upgrade but emphasized the current setup is good for the next couple of years. No hard sell...really appreciated that part. Definitely will call when that time comes. Highly recommend without question.

I had scheduled an appointment to have somebody take a look at my garage door opener that was no longer responding to commands from the remote. Joe was the technician who came out. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He came up with several repair and replacement options and explained the pros and cons of each. We decided to replace the units and he got right to work. He quickly replaced 2 units, set up all the remotes, and walked me through how to use everything. Joe was very polite and courteous throughout the whole process. He was great to work with and I would highly recommend.
