Hayden came out and performed a broken spring repair. He was prompt and vert professional, also identified additional safety hazards on our garage system and was able to repair the spring and roller bar. We used Precision Door in the past and called immediately when our garage door wouldn't open the Saturday of Mother's Day weekend. We had a belt drive garage opener installed along with two wall mounted keypads. One interior and one exterior. Jacob did a great job on the install and also took the time to demonstrate the keypad features. Jacob also went the extra mile and programmed my wife’s car to enable her to use an existing button to operate the garage door. I mentioned to Jacob that the service we received matched the Precision Companies advertisements as seen on TV. We have nothing but praise for Jacob and Precision Garage Door.

Sam was our technician and did a great job. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was efficient in his set up of tools and parts to accomplish the rebuild of our door spring system. Sam took the time to show me how to lubricate the door hinges as well while he did that. Total time to replace my internal spring system was about an hour. He is a very knowledgeable person and an excellent representative of Precision Door Service.

Called Precision when the spring broke on my garage. They gave me a quote over the phone when I called and had me scheduled within minutes, and then someone was at my house within in hour! They sent confirmation immediately and provided details (and picture) about the technician. The technician (Scott) was super nice, communicative, and efficient. They stayed true to the quoted rate. I had a working garage door within 2 hours of realizing it was broken. Highly recommend.
