We had Precision door come out to replace a broken spring on our garage door. While there the technician Joe Igla mentioned that this would be an opportune time o replace a couple of other parts while we are at it. The garage door is 25 years old so we felt this was a great idea. Now the door is quieter than ever and we could not be more pleased with their service.

The spring on my garage door broke over the weekend. Completed the online service request form and received a response almost immediately, on a Sunday. Vance arrived at my home within 30 minutes, did a complete inspection, reviewed service recommendations, and completed all of the work within an hour. Great customer service!

We called Precision for an upgrade to our current garage opener. During the inspection, it was also noted that the mechanical was probably 20+ yrs old. The service technician, Andrew, gave us options and installed our new opener, springs, rollers, etc. Andrew was great! Very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and very nice. He programmed both our vehicles, he gave us his card and let us know we could call anytime with questions or issues. We’ve used Precision Garage Door Service in the past, at a different location and would recommend them and Andrew every time!

Precision came out the day after I called and was able to repair our damaged garage door during the same visit! This was after another company told me they couldn’t repair the door and I’d have to buy a new one. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and when he was done it looked as good as new. I would recommend them to anyone needing garage door service!

Beau arrived at our house wthin three hours of placing the call that our garage door would not open. He assessed the situation and gave us three options and various price ranges of what could be done. I had the pleasure of meeting your technician, Beau June and his intern Shannon. Beau was able to quickly identify the various problems with the broken door and was very patient in explaining them to me. The main issue was a broken spring but he also figured out how the original installation had been done poorly and how it probably contributed to the breakdown. He also allowed me to watch the entire repair which to me demonstrated he had confidence in his ability to do the work to my satisfaction. He worked efficiently, had all the appropriate tools and parts for the job, and was even able to mentor his intern throughout the repair. His intern Shannon was very pleasant to talk to, seemed genuinely interested in learning about the trade and I believe she will be successful in her efforts to work for this company. All in all, I was very pleased with the experience. Thank you!
