I met Chuck from Precision Door right on time when he came to look at my garage door opener. I bought the first garage door opener from Precision 10 years ago. I liked their service and expertise the first time I used them. Well with time and age, style change, parts, greater efficiency is better than years ago and it would be better to buy a new opener than fix the current garage opener with parts and labor. I decided to buy a new opener. Chuck was very professional and patient while I, made my decision. He didn't preasure me he just talked about the plus and minuses between old and new. I know times are tuff. But if your like me I tried everything to make the old opener work. I spent enough of my own time trying to repair the old opener. Calling Precision was my last resort. I decided he was right for my situation and asked him to replace the old opener I had. He went over the cost, service and warranty and one hour later it was installed. Chuck was awesome from start to finish great guy and friendly. Overall great experience and I hate being preasured. So thank you, Precision Doors and most of all Chuck. I love my new garage door opener. The new opener isn't as noisy as my old opener.

Called in the morning to see about scheduling a service call as our garage door was making a loud noise. Was able to get a same-day appointment. Brian, who had serviced our door previously, came by mid-afternoon and explained what and why the sound was getting progressively worse. He was very thorough and clearly explained what was needed to get done. He finished the job within 2-hours and showed us exactly what he had done. Fast and professional service by Alex. As I updated my garage door hinges and rollers, a tension cable came unraveled. After struggling to fix this myself, I decided that I needed a professional. Precision was easy to work with and tech Alex arrived within 45 minutes of my call on a Sunday. Besides fixing the cable and torsion springs, he also did additional touch up such as shaving down the rails a bit for better alignment and better securing the garage door frame with more hardware than the minimal number of screws/bolts used when my house was built.
