We had great service from Vance yesterday, Feb. 26, 2026. I had found the garage door opened the previous day when neither of us had been out there, and the time and date on the inside opener were wrong. We discussed with Vance the possibilities of why that might happen and we stil don't know for sure, but I asked him to check everything out. He suggested two options including to lubricate the tracks, etc. which he did. He explained exactly what he proposed to do and the cost of both options. I really appreciate the quick response and working with Vance was a pleasure!

Received a text with the technician's name about 30 minutes prior to the time of the appointment and a call shortly after that. Trey was on time, pleasant and knowledgeable.
