Joe Igla was very helpful to explain and show us the worn issue with our existing Lift Master garage door opener. He installed a new, quieter, and more functional Lift Master. Our garage door broke yesterday, and my partner called Precision and had an appointment for the very next morning! Jeffrey was amazing, quick, efficient. Explained everything he was going to do then when he was done showed me what was done and nothing was missed! He even helped me move a large rack to give him more room to work. 5 stars, highly recommended.

We called Precision Garage Door Service to come and fix our garage door that wouldn't go down. Precision sent Colby the same day and he was able to diagnose and repair it. He also replaced 10 rollers and adjusted the springs on two doors. The doors work great and are very quiet.

I had a great experience dealing with Precision Garage Door Service. It was so easy to get help. I chatted with someone online on their site and I was able to get a same day appointment. I got a phone call right before the service person showed up at my home. Robert did an amazing job! He assessed the problem, explained what might have happened, presented my options, and installed our replacement garage door opener. He was professional and very patient answering all my questions.

Nicholas Alby was excellent - He explained the complete workings of my garage door, and then explained the reason(s) for the spring failure. He provided me a detailed estimate. he went to work and quickly and efficiently repaired our door and also took the time to adjust it. The door now opens and closes more quietly and smoothly than before. He cleaned up the repair area perfectly. If I ever need another Garage Door repair I will be calling Precision and asking for Nicholas!

Beau was an awesome, courteous, professional technician. He determined what was malfunctioning on my old unit and was able to install a new garage door opener in an hour. Joe was so nice and spent a long time with us explaining all of the different options so that we could make an informed decision and then he gave us a great deal. We also had a dangerous lose spring on one of our garage doors and he put a cable through it so that we could still use that garage door until they could come to put the new ones on. He did that for our safety and didn't even charge us! That was really really nice!
