The technician, David, called to alert us and arrived on time. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. He thoroughly accessed the problem, answered all of my questions, provided several repair options and promptly fixed our garage door. The invoice was completely itemized and easy to understand. Joe was my technician today. He was on time, polite and quickly diagnosed the problem with my garage door. Our garage door motor quit working. We contacted Precision Door in the morning and they were able to come out the same day to replace it. The technician was very friendly and had everything he needed on-site to get the job done quickly! Very highly recommended!

Our garage door is 12 feet tall and the technician wasn't able to take care of the issue but he did recommend a company that handle the industrial size doors. He also fixed us up with another remote for our house garage doors and programed it for us. He was very courteous and helpful.

Called Precision Door Services and they were able to send a technician out same day!!! Needed to have garage door springs replaced and had some other things done at the same time. The technician was really terrific and fixed everything that needed to be done. Was very happy with his work and the difference in our garage door!!!!

Brad was very professional; he arrived as scheduled, spoke to me about the condition of the garage door, made the repairs efficiently and helped out with a problem with another door as well. He explained the problem with the door he had just repaired and gave me instructions for its use, as well as checked the availability of a comparable door and times for installation. I was very pleased with his work, especially in light of the fact that I had had problems with another garage door repair company.

Can a repair call be perfect? Well this one was. Brad showed up, looked things over for a few minutes, then asked me out to give me an idea of what was wrong and how/why it may of happened. I was givin a quote for repairs, and the work was done quickly and quietly...perfect! I will not hesitate to call in the future if any more problems occur.

After I called them to tell them I had chose them to do the work, they came within a couple of days. Brian Buchholz was the installer and he was very professional and very helpful in acquainting me with my new doors and showing me how to operate everything. He showed up on time, and was always courteous and told me I could call anytime if I needed help. Precision Door Service has reasonable prices and high quality doors and service.
