Our garage door stopped working around 1145 and David H to check our garage. He gave us options on how to do the garage and was very knowledgeable about what needs to be done.We chose to overhaul our garage and he was able to fix our garage door in an hour. He was also able to impart information on what work was done to the garage door. He also showed me how to maintain it, and when to call them (we chose to get the option with 10 year warranty. We are happy that our garage door is fixed and is not loud anymore.

Although it was not what I wanted to do, based on the age of it, it made sense. Beau completed it in a timely fashion and showed me everything I needed to know about it. Quick shout out to Jeffrey for the excellent service he provided. Experienced a broken spring that needed quick attention, so reached out to Precision on their website to schedule an appointment which was super easy. Within a couple of hours Jeffery showed up to give me my options and improving several needs for both garage doors including a new opener and tune-up to ensure future issues don't arise. It was a little more than I wanted to spend but well worth it at the end. Precision's commercials are spot-on when they say they will be there same day. Thanks again Jeffery and Precision!

Colby Diaz immediately diagnosed the problem with our new garage door system and fixed the problem. He was very thorough, went step by step back through the installation process, and made the necessary adjustments so that the problem would not recur. He then repeatedly tested the door with the inside wall-mounted keypad, the outside keypad, and the remotes. He was friendly and professional. Just paid for the service charges $75.00 . The tech want to replace one panel for garage door for $1,400.00 which he said can't repair or replace new garage door for $2,800.00 . And will adjust a left loose cable for $285.00 more. Luckily I didn't fall on this trap. This morning one company came to repair the door, replaced the strut enforcer, replaced two cables, adjusted the door tension, replaced my new rollers for $450.00 .

Our garage door is 12 feet tall and the technician wasn't able to take care of the issue but he did recommend a company that handle the industrial size doors. He also fixed us up with another remote for our house garage doors and programed it for us. He was very courteous and helpful.
