The spring on the door broke at 3:05 pm on a Saturday. I called , spoke to Angel and she assured me that a technician would be able to fix the garage door that afternoon. Jackson with Precision arrived at 4:00 pm! He was extremely polite, assured me he could repair the door and had the job completed by 5:05 pm. Two total hours from the time the spring broke to the time the repair was completed! Who does this anymore?! Thank you sooooo much! Dan

Called for a repair on New Year’s Day and Jackson was here in less than 2 hours. He was able to diagnose the problem and execute a repair quickly and confidently. Overall a great job!
