All of my two experiences with Precision have been more than satisfactory. The most recent involved a repair needed because of impact on a garage door. I was able to make the service call appointment easily online. The technician arrived within the window, and provided a specific ETA via text before arrival. I took the opportunity to have an inspection of all of the three doors, which was overdue. Jackson, the technician, was able to repair the door without replacing any parts and without leaving any of the original cosmetic damage. He did remark that we were lucky to have such a successful repair. I wish that were true about the car that hit the door. I decided to replace the springs and bearings on all of the doors after Jackson’s assessment. Jackson was affable, knowledgeable about our system, very practical, and very patient and thorough with explanations. He distinguished between the parts of the garage doors that were cheap and those that were of high-quality. He did not claim that we needed any replacements or upgrades. He did not try to upsell us either based on the repair or on the maintenance inspection. He provided various estimate scenarios so we could choose what, if anything, to replace, and among the component options. I have no ability to comment on relative cost other than we were given options relating to quality of materials and warranty.

No one wants to have problems with their garage door. There was an obvious broken spring. I found Precision using a Google search and liked the way they described their business. I used the web based schedular and was able to schedule an appointment the next morning at a convenient time. I got a call from Jackson to give me a heads up when he was about 15 minutes away. When he arrived he inspected the entire garage door system and we talked about alternatives and I selected the services that I wanted. I then went inside to play with our dogs while he fixed everything using supplies he already had in his truck. Everything was very convenient. When he was done we opened and closed the door several times while I looked at things that were replaced. The door works perffectly and also looks and sounds much better. I am very happy with Precision and Jackson.

Precision Garage Door Service did a fantastic job on our project. They replaced two garage door openers and upgraded our garage door spring, bearings and rollers on one of the doors. Our Technician Jackson Autry was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave us great confidence in his assessment of our setup and needs. He was not pushy on what we ended up deciding to change out. He was very personable, friendly and easy to work with. We called them late this morning and Jackson was at our home within an hour. After deciding what we wanted done, they were able to do the job the same day. I will definitely use Precision in the future and highly recommend them to anyone needing work on their garage doors. The spring on the door broke at 3:05 pm on a Saturday. I called , spoke to Angel and she assured me that a technician would be able to fix the garage door that afternoon.
