No one wants to have problems with their garage door. There was an obvious broken spring. I found Precision using a Google search and liked the way they described their business. I used the web based schedular and was able to schedule an appointment the next morning at a convenient time. I got a call from Jackson to give me a heads up when he was about 15 minutes away. When he arrived he inspected the entire garage door system and we talked about alternatives and I selected the services that I wanted. I then went inside to play with our dogs while he fixed everything using supplies he already had in his truck. Everything was very convenient. When he was done we opened and closed the door several times while I looked at things that were replaced. The door works perffectly and also looks and sounds much better. I am very happy with Precision and Jackson.

Precision Garage Door Service did a fantastic job on our project. They replaced two garage door openers and upgraded our garage door spring, bearings and rollers on one of the doors. Our Technician Jackson Autry was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave us great confidence in his assessment of our setup and needs. He was not pushy on what we ended up deciding to change out. He was very personable, friendly and easy to work with. We called them late this morning and Jackson was at our home within an hour. After deciding what we wanted done, they were able to do the job the same day. I will definitely use Precision in the future and highly recommend them to anyone needing work on their garage doors. The spring on the door broke at 3:05 pm on a Saturday. I called , spoke to Angel and she assured me that a technician would be able to fix the garage door that afternoon. Jackson with Precision arrived at 4:00 pm! He was extremely polite, assured me he could repair the door and had the job completed by 5:05 pm. Two total hours from the time the spring broke to the time the repair was completed! Who does this anymore?! Thank you sooooo much! Dan
