I am very happy with Precision’s customer service. I had a problem with my garage door opener and was surprised to find out they were open after 5pm. I called and got an appt the next morning. Mike came out and we were able to troubleshoot the issue and get it resolved quickly. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I had a great experience overall.

Stephen Curtis moved my appointment from the next day to a late afternoon repair visit. He did a compete survey and made thorough repair recommendations with options. He made the repairs that I chose and explained what was done and why. He also tested an old door opener for me that I appreciate. Our Lift Master garage door opener after 22 years decided to give up but Precision Doors was caring they sent Hayden Out to install our new Lift Master the same afternoon, now that’s what I call SERVICE! Hayden is very professional and caring he made the job look easy and our car would not connect to the system however he wanted to give complete/excellent service and he said he would be back the next day with answers, my car connected so no problem, he came with Hunter and together they found BMW was the issue they didn’t upgrade the 2015 car as they said but these two caring professionals did find a solution and solved our issue Hayden is so outstanding he won’t stop until everything is 100% perfect and customer is happy! He’s a very efficient young man we appreciated how he explained everything to us. Do call and use Precision Doors they don’t stop until your job is 100% complete to the customers liking.

Tech called at appointed time and was here within 15 mins. Diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in less than 10 mins. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. This is my second time using Precision and I continue to be impressed with their speedy and quality service! Andrew arrived and was able to not only fix my initial issue due to a recent power outage but also recommended additional repairs and parts replacement based on the age and wear and tear on my garage door opener that will prevent it from breaking down anytime in the near future. My garage door has never been so quiet opening and closing! He also took the time to show me how to reset my opener settings myself should I have a similar issue in the future. Broken spring late Saturday night at my home in Portland. Support my local business and see their advertisements. Scheduling was a breeze and was able to get in service call quickly. Call ahead from Jake helped with arrival timing. He explained the process and everything was lined out after safety inspection, so I knew what to expect in work order and cost estimate. My garage door broke and I called Precision at 7:30am the next day. Andrew was at my house by 10am that very morning and installed a new opener and all new mechanics. You can't even hear the door lifting, it is so smooth and quiet! Andrew was professional, knowledgeable and courteous! This is my 2nd time using Precision and I will continue to do so!!

Luke was awesome...6 stars! He called and arrived shortly after 8am. He listened to the issues with our garage doors and then did an indepth evaluation of our doors, the motors, ect. When we discovered the issues he was upfront and transparent about the issues, pricing and time it would take to complete! Luke fixed our issues, updated our garage doors and I felt informed on what he fixed and how to maintain/problem solve going forward! It was a positive experience from booking an appointment to getting our garage doors in best working order. Will definitely recommend your company to my neighbors and friends!!

Wonderful, efficient and professional service. My garage door's main spring broke on a Saturday, and they had a terrific tech, Marcus, out within an hour. He had everything fixed in just a few more hours, with all the replacement parts in his truck. I highly recommend them. It's also a great feature that you can watch an introductory video of the tech before he/she arrives - that way you know who to expect. A nice touch.

I had my door spring break, we got very prompt service from Precision. Scott laid out all the options for us and fixed the problem. He also left the door in even better shape than when he got there. It’s much less noisy now. Scott was on-time, polite, communicative, and did the job quickly. Great service!
