We bought a 2007 townhouse and google searches suggested some parts of the garage door system may be at end of life. I paid to have the spring, bearings, and rollers replaced. It’s warrantied for life. Vance was friendly, efficient, and super helpful. I highly recommend him.

Outstanding business experience. Called and Trey was at my house and did a proactive service and made a recommendation on what I’m going to need. Trey called shortly after I called dispatch and said he would be here in twenty to twenty five minutes…not between 2 and 6. He was polite efficient and freshen up my battery’s in my door opener. He and Precision exceeded my expectations on speed of appt and work completed. I’m their client and there my provider for any service I need regarding garage door service and accessories.

Very quick and professional. Replaced the broken spring safely. Chuck was cheerful and showed me the options without high pressure selling. The whole process took less than an hour and he cleaned up after the work was done. I would definitely recommend him again. We have used Precision Door in the past and they always performed a great job.

In today's climate prompt service on all things on your home does not happen often. I was shocked, to say the least of receiving service on my garage door within two hours. Scheduling a service person is usually a daunting affair, with multiple online chats, back and forth texts and even after that you're lucky enough to get someone out in a couple weeks! Colby showed up to my door the same day, analyzed what needed to be repaired on my garage door and then was able to fix the problem the SAME DAY! My garage door wasn't even this quiet when it was first installed! I highly recommend this company to anyone!

Ryan Voelker

Incredibly happy, Robert saved the day for us and got us set almost immediately after my call to the company. I'm happy a friend recommended them to me but hopefully this recommendation can help you feel confident in calling Precision if you need an urgent repair dealt with quickly and at a good price.

We had a garage door spring go this morning. Precision was available same-day to replace the broken spring with a brand-new part. Jackson was friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain his diagnosis, what the repair would involve, and the expected time to do the work would be. The work was thorough and the result spot-on, and now our garage door opens and closes smoothly once again!

Called Precision because of intermittent “banging” sound when the garage door was opening. Had same day service in a few hours. The technician, Jackson, diagnosed the problem immediately (damaged bearing plates) and replaced them quickly — a very affable technician who obviously knew what he was doing. My wife and I both told him that his skill would not be taken over by AI for a long time, if ever. We are completely satisfied with the work done by Jackson, and the rapid response time by Precision Garage Door Service.

Beau was great. First time using Precision. Got the rollers replaced and the door lubed. Beau explained everything, answered all my questions, did the work quickly, and the price was right. The garage door is much quieter now. I wouldn't go anyplace else for garage door service. Fantastic job by Beau!

We had a new garage door opener installed by Joe Igla and he did an amazing job. Not only great workmanship but excellent/clear communications and customer service throughout the entire process. I also very much appreciated that Precision was able to book us an appointment so quickly (in just a day or two after I initially called) - and Joe was even able to arrive early to our house (after checking in with me to ensure that it worked for us). Overall extremely satisfied!
