Colby was very knowledgeable, thorough with the inspection, very observant with identifying all pertinent fixtures. He fixed them all saving us another visit or another garage problem. The proactiveness was really valuable. He was very patient with all the questions and explained every work that he did in detail on why he was doing it. We had our 3 garage door openers replaced. 28+ years of service and the parts no longer available. Two were Liftmaster. The 3rd was a Genie, 30+ years old. Joe Igla, service technician was very helpful informing us of the options. Ended up replacing all 3 with the Precision's house brand, Marantec, made in Germany. Very quiet, smooth and not all the high tech features we don't need. Joe was there 5 hours, excellent service removal, installation and connection to all 3 vehicles. Call Precision.

Confirmed today that they honor their lifetime warranty. A spring broke after 7 years and the parts were covered, I just had to pay for their time to come out and fix it, which was a minimal cost. Very nice support team, great service, thanks!

Garage Door spring broke overnight. I hopped online at 7:00 AM and got an appointment for 11 AM same day. Brian and David called at 10:45 saying they were on their way. They got here right at 11:00. My husband thought we had a warranty but I couldn't get the system to recognize me online. Brian and David were able to find our previous account (it was in my husbands name) and merged them so we were able to use the warranty. Everything got fixed right up. They were very kind and friendly and best of all did the job well. Thank you!

Totally pleased. Our garage door spring broke with a bang. Brian from Precision came out the same day and quickly put in a new set of springs. Extremely affable, he then went over his inspection of our 26 y.o. garage door and opener assembly, pointing out potential problems and gave us recommendations. We decided just to replace the springs at this time, but Brian did not in any way engage in what I would call pressure tactics. When the inevitable happens to our garage door, we will be calling Precision Door Service to correct the problem.
