He mostly enjoys the troubleshooting/finding solutions aspect of the job, but really loves to converse with customers! Colby Arrived ahead of my appointment, did a very thorough inspection, explained what the problems were and options for correcting them. He then did a very smooth repair which corrected our problems.He is very pleasant, obviously very capable and I could not be more pleased.
