Colby and Andrew represented the company extremely well. On time, friendly and professional. They describe everything they suggested needs to be done. Gave us 3 choices of what we could do which included to replace the whole door. However he did say our door really didn't need to be replaced even though it was 31 years old. They did the repair work in a timely fashion and swept the floor in the garage to get any ball bearing that dropped. Colby gave us his business card and said we could call him any time. He also showed us how to apply lubricant to brackets which we did not know we should have been doing. They were awesome and represented your business in the best way possible.

Absolutely great experience from the online scheduling tool to Colby the technician. His great communication skills to his attention to detail, I am very highly pleased. He did a complete overhaul of the OHD system and explained the quality of the parts used that allows their 10 year warranty. Springs, rollers, bearings and cables were all replaced. He worked efficiently and was a very pleasant fellow to work with. I highly recommend Precision.

Colby Diaz was the technician that came to our home to help me with a garage door that would not close. Colby was a service person that had all the qualities a person could hope for-courteous, thoughtful, knowledgeable and clear speaking. I am a 77yearold grumpy old man, a technician’s nightmare: somewhat distrustful of service people, lots of questions, worried about getting cheated or taken advantage of, and sure he could of fixed it himself! Colby was the perfect technician for a person like me: Carefully listened to my concerns, politely listened as I reviewed all my failed attempts and MY diagnosis of the problem and then quietly proceeded to explain to me how he would approach diagnosing and solving the problem. He was clear and generous in his explanation and showed me what he was doing. He offered alternatives and made suggestions to reduce the likelihood of the problem recurring. Not only did Colby fix the problem and reduce the likelihood of another occurrence but he renewed my faith in Precision Garage Door and renewed my faith in quality service staff like Colby. We had a hinge that popped out from the garage door and causing the door not closing. I submitted a service request from the Precision website and they came by first thing Monday morning. Spring broke on a Saturday night around 10 pm got online seen that your company was open on Sunday made a appointment online for Sunday morning and Colby Diaz came out and looked over my door and told me what i needed and how much for it to be done he was great with showing me everything about it and how to keep my whole garage door system in good working condition and was very pleasant to chat with would definitely recommend. Price i felt was great considering it was on a Sunday and 12 hours after the garage door was broken no complaints thank you

He knew exactly what needed adjusted, cleaned, examined and if something needed replaced (gave a price), and showed me how to annually perform specific touch-ups. My garage wouldn't open last night at 9pm. The emergency handle wouldn't work. I checked on Better Business Bureau and found Precision Garage with a very high score and had seen their commercials on TV. I made a next day appointment and was scheduled between 11-1pm. The technician, Colby, called me at 9:45am telling me that he could be there at 10:30. He came and inspected the garage and ask me questions on if I had the garage doors serviced before. Told him no. He did his inspections and quote me different quotes. Answered my questions and gave me information on what his aassessment is. He has all the parts in his truck. I installed a new motor because the old one was making noises and he told me that it will need to be ordered. He replaced the motor and the rollers and springs for me. After he was done, he told me what he did and such. Gave me a tour of the garage motor. Told me to get a garage door lubricant and spray it in the hinges to help with the lubrication of the hinges. He gave me his business card and told me if there are any questions to call and let him know. He even told me what days he isn't working. Which is very helpful. It gives me comfort to know I can always call him or the office if needed.

Our tech Colby Diaz did an outstanding job installing the belt drive garage door opener, railing repair ,outdoor key pad, as well as tuning up/lubrication. He also volunteered to pair our car with the opener. Colby is very knowledgeable, and explained everything thoroughly. He is also very friendly and professional. We will specifically ask for him for any upcoming tuneup or repair needs in the future.

The giant spring on the garage door broke on a Sunday with the car inside. There was no way to get the garage door open. We took a chance and called Precision.
