Nicholas was on time for the appointment and was very professional in appearance and proficient with the repair. He recognized the problem the first time the door opened. He fixed one of the springs by lubricating, operating the door a few times and readjusting the spring. Would certainly recommend Precision Door for garage door needs. Thank you

We had a very old and unsafe garage door spring system that broke. Vance at Precision was quick to come out and was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He did an excellent job of thoroughly explaining solution options to someone who knows nothing about garage doors. He provided different options, gave estimated timeframes and costs, and thoroughly explained the steps he was taking along the way. Though we only went with repair work due to economic uncertainties right now, we’re looking forward to exploring possible replacement garage door options down the road. When that time comes, Precision will be who we call.

Couldn't be more pleased with the scope of work. Extremely responsive. I called to ask about opener issues. Agent said a tech was available soon. Nick called me to say he could be here in about 30 minutes. He diagnosed the remote opener failure (worn out). Programed a new remote, adjusted the spring tension, lubricated the door hinges, and repaired a loose wall pad. I received a senior/veteran discount as well. Brian Stearns was our tech who came to repair/our old overhead door. He was absolutely wonderful to work with. After an inspection, he came back to us and explained what was needed to be done was to replace our 7' rail belt, bring our door up to code-(-I'm sure it hadn't been inspected since the 90"s )and provide us with a workable remote opener. It was really such a joy to interact with someone as knowledgeable and personable as Brian.I wish every tech coming out had the same fabulous attitude. Precision will be at the top of our list should we ever need their services again!

Precision Door Service repaired & replaced all the moving parts for my 60 yr old, double wide garage door. I was lucky they sent Jackson to review the damage & complete the work. He is an excellent technician; focused, hard working & very knowledgeable. There were a lot of moving parts & he explained in a way that I never left confused. We were locked into our garage (door wouldn't open), and Precision Team was super-responsive. They answered our initial call on the first ring, had a 2-hour window scheduled within 20 minutes, and Colby arrived within 90 minutes of our call. He was courteous, professional and friendly; he quickly diagnosed the problem (broken spring) and set to work. Once finished replacing broken spring + all rollers etc., he took the time to inform us about maintenance schedule going forward, including what products to use and where / how to apply. (He also let us know that we can have this done regularly by Precision if we prefer they do it). Other than the "rude awakening" start to the day, a really positive experience -- A+!
