We just moved into a new home when the garage door decided to stop opening, leaving our car stranded. Fortunately there was a sticker from Precision Door Service in the garage, so we called and got an immediate response. Yes, we could get service on a Sunday morning with no extra charge!! Jeffery came on time and was very clear about our options to repair the problem. He was knowledgable, professional, efficient and polite. We would call Precision again in a heartbeat if we needed further service.

We got an appointment same day, the technician Boe arrived when he said he would, diagnosed the problem and gave us several options to choose from. He installed a new motor, door springs, roller and sensors very quickly and did quality work. So much quieter than the almost 30-year-old one he replaced.
