We were locked into our garage (door wouldn't open), and Precision Team was super-responsive. They answered our initial call on the first ring, had a 2-hour window scheduled within 20 minutes, and Colby arrived within 90 minutes of our call. He was courteous, professional and friendly; he quickly diagnosed the problem (broken spring) and set to work. Once finished replacing broken spring + all rollers etc., he took the time to inform us about maintenance schedule going forward, including what products to use and where / how to apply. (He also let us know that we can have this done regularly by Precision if we prefer they do it). Other than the "rude awakening" start to the day, a really positive experience -- A+!

Our entire experience with Precision Garage Door Service was excellent. We were able to get a quick same day appointment. Andrew promptly arrived, inspected, diagnosed and explained what he found. He described available options to choose from, and installed a new garage door opener. Andrew was very personable, professional, knowledgeable and efficient! (And patient with all my questions!) Nickolas was very friendly, stated various options for fixing the door problems, and gave several estimates for short term solutions, as well as for a complete new system. He showed me how the door worked manually, and pointed out all the places that showed the most urgent things that needed to be done. Very prompt with the arrival time, and very Knowledgeable.

Update after a second visit: we had the same technician come and help us with a different garage door issue, and again he was amazing and fixed a hard-to-diagnose problem. He was patient, resourceful, and thoughtful. (David! hope it's ok to name him, he was so great. I would give him 10 stars if I could!) First visit: Technician arrived on time; was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. He communicated clearly and was happy to explain as much as I needed, and answered all of my questions. I feel he honestly explained the benefits and drawbacks of repair vs. replacing. He was able to fix my garage door and got it working better than ever, and all in a very reasonable period of time. I'd be happy to do business with them in the future!

So far so good, some scheduling issues and communication was great. Friendly and skilled. The only thing I really didn't care for was that the tech put a sticker on my garage wall without asking. I don't mind the sticker just the placement and doing it without consent. I moved it and all good now.
