Precision Door Service repaired & replaced all the moving parts for my 60 yr old, double wide garage door. I was lucky they sent Jackson to review the damage & complete the work. We were locked into our garage (door wouldn't open), and Precision Team was super-responsive. They answered our initial call on the first ring, had a 2-hour window scheduled within 20 minutes, and Colby arrived within 90 minutes of our call. He was courteous, professional and friendly; he quickly diagnosed the problem (broken spring) and set to work. Once finished replacing broken spring + all rollers etc., he took the time to inform us about maintenance schedule going forward, including what products to use and where / how to apply. (He also let us know that we can have this done regularly by Precision if we prefer they do it). Other than the "rude awakening" start to the day, a really positive experience -- A+!

Update after a second visit: we had the same technician come and help us with a different garage door issue, and again he was amazing and fixed a hard-to-diagnose problem. He was patient, resourceful, and thoughtful. (David! hope it's ok to name him, he was so great. I would give him 10 stars if I could!) First visit: Technician arrived on time; was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. He communicated clearly and was happy to explain as much as I needed, and answered all of my questions. I feel he honestly explained the benefits and drawbacks of repair vs. replacing. He was able to fix my garage door and got it working better than ever, and all in a very reasonable period of time.
