My experience with Precision Door Service was exceptional! They were able to get me scheduled for garage door service on the same day. The Technician, Colby Diaz, called me shortly after I made the appointment and verified his time of arrival. He arrived on time and was quickly able to identify the issue. He explained the repair process and price for service clearly and professionally. He was able to make the repair and have my garage door working better then ever. The service was quick, the price was fair, and Colby was friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

Nickolas was very friendly, stated various options for fixing the door problems, and gave several estimates for short term solutions, as well as for a complete new system. He showed me how the door worked manually, and pointed out all the places that showed the most urgent things that needed to be done. Very prompt with the arrival time, and very Knowledgeable.

Update after a second visit: we had the same technician come and help us with a different garage door issue, and again he was amazing and fixed a hard-to-diagnose problem. He was patient, resourceful, and thoughtful. (David! hope it's ok to name him, he was so great. I would give him 10 stars if I could!) First visit: Technician arrived on time; was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. He communicated clearly and was happy to explain as much as I needed, and answered all of my questions. I feel he honestly explained the benefits and drawbacks of repair vs. replacing. He was able to fix my garage door and got it working better than ever, and all in a very reasonable period of time. I'd be happy to do business with them in the future!

So far so good, some scheduling issues and communication was great. Friendly and skilled. The only thing I really didn't care for was that the tech put a sticker on my garage wall without asking. I don't mind the sticker just the placement and doing it without consent. I moved it and all good now.
