I absolutely cannot overstate how amazing this company, and in particular our service technician Sam, is. He came out, diagnosed the issue, installed a new motor and replaced/repaired the e existing infrastructure in a couple of hours - even put in extra time just to get everything 100%. Highly recommended!

From the initial estimate to the final installation, my project was smooth and professional. This was replacing a damaged single car garage door with an upgraded model. The new door has insulation which has helped this otherwise fully insulated space retain heat and and also stay cooler on hot days. The pricing seemed fair, as it matched exactly what my insurance company said it should be when determining my claim payment.

We had a garage door that had a broken spring and wouldn’t open. Precision Garage Door technician David H. came in and not only fixed the door, he explained everything, helped reset all of our remotes and vehicles, and got us up and going again. David was awesome. Very nice, very knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I will be recommending Precision to anyone I know that needs their garage repaired.

I had a great experience dealing with Precision Garage Door Service. It was so easy to get help. I chatted with someone online on their site and I was able to get a same day appointment. I got a phone call right before the service person showed up at my home. Robert did an amazing job! We just moved into a new home when the garage door decided to stop opening, leaving our car stranded. Fortunately there was a sticker from Precision Door Service in the garage, so we called and got an immediate response. Yes, we could get service on a Sunday morning with no extra charge!! Jeffery came on time and was very clear about our options to repair the problem. He was knowledgable, professional, efficient and polite. We would call Precision again in a heartbeat if we needed further service.

We got an appointment same day, the technician Boe arrived when he said he would, diagnosed the problem and gave us several options to choose from. He installed a new motor, door springs, roller and sensors very quickly and did quality work. So much quieter than the almost 30-year-old one he replaced. I would highly recommend Precision Garage door Service to anyone looking to repair or upgrade their existing stuff!!
