They were able to get a technician out the same dsy I called. He was here on time, told us what was wrong and how much it would cost. A lot cheaper than I thought it would be. I would definitely use their service again

Eric came to give me a quote, he was professional and walked me through everything. He showed up timely and in a mask!!!! Thanks Eric!! Have one more place to see but feel confident i will be choosing Precision ( even if more expensive) because of Eric. He mentioned things no one else did so that I feel confident nothing will show up that he didn't mention.

My wife's car and garage door remote were stolen a week ago without recovery. Having used Precision in the past I sent them a message late Saturday morning. Within 30 minutes the office called and said Travis would be here within the hour! He was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. In a short period of time he changed our code, linked a new remote, and my car. Plus he installed a surge protector and performed needed maintenance. We would give Precision 6 stars if we could....highest recommendation without reservation.

My wife and I are not ready yet but getting estimates ,I called Precision Travis an estimator came over the next day ,we talked about some new doors and about parts and labor .Travis did his thing and took measurements and so on , a few minutes later he talked about all it would take and gave me an estimate .I'm pretty sure when we get ready we will go with Precision doors.

The spring on my garage door broke suddenly, late one evening. I called Precision Door Service early the following morning and they were able to schedule service to replace the spring right away. Joe, the technician, called ahead to tell me he would arrive at about 9:00 am and was there right on time. I knew the costs up front and Joe was extremely polite and explained everything that needed to be done. I had done business with Precision 17 years previously and had been happy with the service then and I wasn't disappointed this time either.

This is by far the best service I have ever received from ANY kind of professionals. Paul was timely, professional and yet personal. Wow. What great service. Your two guys, Paul & Bo came earlier than schedule, found the source that was obstructing my door from going up and down . Then fixed it , checked everything out ...charged me what was stated out in front. Then on their way. They were friendly and knew what they were doing. We have had Precision several other times. I chose Precision because I have used them before and was very happy with the previous service provided. I had an immediate need and Hunter and Brad were here in 45 minutes of my call! They did a great job and I was so happy to have them here. They were especially courteous and very efficient. They installed a new motor and repaired several items. I'm VERY happy with the outcome!

I called another company and left 3 messages but never heard back from them. I called Precision at noon today and they had a technician out today at 3. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem, did a service check, replaced parts quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable price. I will use Precision and will recommend them to friends.
