I was very impressed with the amazing customer service that Precision provided me. From my phone call to request someone to come out and all the way to the repair of my garage doors, I am so happy with how my experience was. Joe Igla was so helpful and took the time to explain different options for my garage doors. He was very professional and not to mention he was able to complete the job on the spot! He also took the time to walk me through the repairs he completed and how to operate the door opener, thank you! I will be recommending Precision Garage Door Service to my neighbors and friends. Such great people and they treat you right!

Called Precision after looking them up online. Within days someone was at my home and everything was repaired! I appreciated the careful covid precautions, the attention to detail, and even the extra help I was offered while I attempted to coil an especially long extension cord in my garage. Turns out friends have used precision as well and also had a great experience. Keep up the good work!

Precision always provides excellent service. My garage door stopped working when my power went out during the recent ice storm. Precision responded quickly to my request for assistance. Hunter came over, fixed the problem and installed a surge protector to prevent future problems. He was courteous, efficient and professional. Have one more place to see but feel confident i will be choosing Precision ( even if more expensive) because of Eric. My wife's car and garage door remote were stolen a week ago without recovery. Having used Precision in the past I sent them a message late Saturday morning. Within 30 minutes the office called and said Travis would be here within the hour! He was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. In a short period of time he changed our code, linked a new remote, and my car. Plus he installed a surge protector and performed needed maintenance. We would give Precision 6 stars if we could....highest recommendation without reservation.
