We got an appointment same day, the technician Boe arrived when he said he would, diagnosed the problem and gave us several options to choose from. He installed a new motor, door springs, roller and sensors very quickly and did quality work. So much quieter than the almost 30-year-old one he replaced. I would highly recommend Precision Garage door Service to anyone looking to repair or upgrade their existing stuff!!

Precision was able to fix our garage door so quickly after we called. The repair man was very knowledgeable, explained what needed to be done was fully stocked with anything he needed for our repair. I’ve used Precision 3 times since 2020. In each case everyone I’ve interacted with has been timely, considerate and pleasant. I’ve referred a couple of my neighbors to them because I was so confident and satisfied. I’ll go back the next time I need service without hesitation. They arrive on time (or early) and are thorough and efficient and do quality work. All of these traits are exceedingly hard to find in any business so I really appreciate it when I find it. The tech arrived at 1:00, adjusted and lubed a few things and was gone by 1:20. The bill was $233.95. Do you realize that is $11.69 per min. or $$701.85 per hr. Even if you remove the $74.95 service fee it’s still $7.95 a min. or $477 an hr. Seems quite exorbitant to me. Will probably try a different service company next time.
