I chose Precision because I have used them before and was very happy with the previous service provided. I had an immediate need and Hunter and Brad were here in 45 minutes of my call! They did a great job and I was so happy to have them here. They were especially courteous and very efficient. They installed a new motor and repaired several items. I'm VERY happy with the outcome!

I called another company and left 3 messages but never heard back from them. I called Precision at noon today and they had a technician out today at 3. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem, did a service check, replaced parts quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable price. I will use Precision and will recommend them to friends.

Paul arrived right on time. Also gave us a call 20 minutes prior to his arrival. He assessed the problem quickly and made the changes needed to get the door in working order again. Gave us a tune up, & cleaned up his work space. He was efficient, knowledgeable and polite. He made sure we knew what the problem was and how he repaired it and gave advice on how to keep the door in good future working order.
