Brian, who had serviced our door previously, came by mid-afternoon and explained what and why the sound was getting progressively worse. He was very thorough and clearly explained what was needed to get done. He finished the job within 2-hours and showed us exactly what he had done. Brian was very knowledgeable, courteous, and clearly explained the charges and the warranty. Precision does great work, promptly and is reasonably priced! Highly recommend Precision, and Brian!

Like many who contact you, we did so after not being able to exit our garage. You were able to come very quickly and your service tech was outstanding. Able to assess & fix issues quickly. My only shock was the price of the repair. Given the period of time involved and parts used, I cannot figure how the total amount was calculated. Perhaps a breakdown of sorts might help. Lastly, the fact the was no “service charge” for your tech to come, seemed to be a moot point once the price options were presented Respectively submitted

Brian Stearns was our tech who came to repair/our old overhead door. He was absolutely wonderful to work with. After an inspection, he came back to us and explained what was needed to be done was to replace our 7' rail belt, bring our door up to code-(-I'm sure it hadn't been inspected since the 90"s )and provide us with a workable remote opener. It was really such a joy to interact with someone as knowledgeable and personable as Brian.I wish every tech coming out had the same fabulous attitude. Precision will be at the top of our list should we ever need their services again!
