Like many who contact you, we did so after not being able to exit our garage. You were able to come very quickly and your service tech was outstanding. Able to assess & fix issues quickly. My only shock was the price of the repair. Given the period of time involved and parts used, I cannot figure how the total amount was calculated. Perhaps a breakdown of sorts might help. Lastly, the fact the was no “service charge” for your tech to come, seemed to be a moot point once the price options were presented Respectively submitted

I have used Precision Door Service for years. ALWAYS happy with the prompt and knowledgable service. I had requested a general maintenance call for our garage door. Got a same day appointment. Brian and Dominic showed up right at the scheduled time. Both got right to work with general maintenance and adjustments. Was called out to the garage to explain what services and adjustments were made. I am very pleased with this company as Precision has NEVER tried to upsell me on services. They know what they are doing - get it done at the price quoted. Our garage door is now as quiet as a mouse, THANKS Brian and Diominic GREAT JOB!!!

Brian Stearns was our tech who came to repair/our old overhead door. He was absolutely wonderful to work with. After an inspection, he came back to us and explained what was needed to be done was to replace our 7' rail belt, bring our door up to code-(-I'm sure it hadn't been inspected since the 90"s )and provide us with a workable remote opener. It was really such a joy to interact with someone as knowledgeable and personable as Brian.I wish every tech coming out had the same fabulous attitude. Precision will be at the top of our list should we ever need their services again!

Precision is a great company to work with. The keypad for the garage door was not working. Brian and Vance arrived within a couple hours of my call, found the problem and got it working again. They also re-keyed the release mechanism, which was on my to-do list, and saved me the trouble and expense of a locksmith; plus, they were done in about 20 minutes. Highly recommend Precision and Brian and Vance in particular!

We were very satisfied with the diagnostics and service provided by Brian and Andrew today. They gave detailed transparent explanations for what was needed and provided several options we could choose from. Diagnosis and repairs were completed within a couple of hours, including replacing springs & rollers, servicing and adjusting the door, and reattaching the door frame to the house. I had my garage door tune up today. The technician had completed other work earlier here too. As in the past he was super enthusiastic and made the door go back to it's original "purr". You have a great company that has helped with fixing the door and maintaining it for many years. Note, I had a rough work week so far and couldn't match their upbeat enthusiasm. No reflection on him or the company, just a couple of low sleep nights trying to find a solution for a clients business dilemma. Also, good to see that you are training new employees for your trade. The trades industry is extremely important in building and maintaining just about everything in our country.

One of two garage door motors failed and we called Precision to replace the motor. Two Brians came out and, after explaining what they would be doing, they went to work. In a shade over 2 hours they replaced the chain drive with a belt drive, installed a new motor to match the other one (which had been replaced 3 years ago), and secured the electric eyes so that they can't get out of alignment. Nice job guys. Very pleased

Excellent service. Same day service for a garage door that had many issues. The springs, rollers, sensors, and even the motor were in need of replacement. Brian was very informative: told me all the issues that he saw that were creating my garage door problems. He showed me how all the replaced parts worked and how and where to lube the garage door to prevent future problems. Brian had Nick worked together and were professional, courteous, and efficient. They got all the necessary things that needed to be fixed done.
