We booked an appointment to have them replace our Garage door opener that was around 18 years old and beginning to have issues with the opening and closing with the clickers and keypad. We tried fixing it ourselves and it wasn't working so we reached out to Precision for help. They came early and did their initial check and tried their best to fix our existing opener to avoid having to replace it. After working on that they determined that a full replacement was needed and he was able to crank that out very quickly as well. I was really appreciative of how he tried to save us a little bit of money by trying to work with what he already had and then I was very happy with how quickly and efficiently he worked and did an excellent job! This is our second time using Precision with our Garage Door needs and we won't be going anywhere else!

Brian was here on time, gave me a very thorough outline of the options I had for the repairs that were needed, He explained the different steps to me, and some of the things that he did to provide the most suitable parts. And he was meticulous in his work. I was impressed. I will recommend Precision (and Brian) to friends and family, regarding any garage door work or maintenance they might need. And I will definitely use Precision for any new problems I encounter. Very satisfied and pleased with the outcome. Couldn’t be more happy.

I am so pleased with the sevice from Precision, I would give more than a 5 star rating if I could! My garage door was not functioning at all, and is too heavy for me to lift by hand. First, when I called, a real person answered the phone. Christie (I am probably not spelling her name right). was courteous, professional, and had all the necessary information at hand. I have used Precision in the past, and the record was available. Second, I was told Brian would be the technician coming to my home, and since pictures of all the technicians are shown on the website, I knew exactly who to expect. Brian was also very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. After assessing the situation, he explained the options for necessary repairs or replacements of various parts. The door had not been assessed professionally in many years - my fault. It took a couple of hours to complete the replacement/repairs of various parts. Third, the company location, the response time, BBB rating and 'badges' shown on the website were all impressive; especially the pictures of the personnel. Brian said if I have any questions about the new opener, etc. to call the company for help. I will be calling in six months to schedule a maintenance inspection. The problem was solved in just a few hours. Thank you for your prompt response, and knowledgeable, courteous personnel. SO important.

Happy customer! Really pleased with your efficiency. Thank you for sending a tech out here soon as possible to fix the issues I noticed. Brian was awesome! He was friendly and communicative. He knew what he was talking about. He was professional, thorough, he worked quickly and left everything clean. We could not have asked for more considering the circumstances. We were not expecting it, but we had to replace the entire garage door opener along with the springs, the rollers, and all of the corresponding parts. It was expensive, but we thought the quality was there and there was no pressure to do anything.
