I had my garage door tune up today. The technician had completed other work earlier here too. As in the past he was super enthusiastic and made the door go back to it's original "purr". You have a great company that has helped with fixing the door and maintaining it for many years. Note, I had a rough work week so far and couldn't match their upbeat enthusiasm. No reflection on him or the company, just a couple of low sleep nights trying to find a solution for a clients business dilemma. Also, good to see that you are training new employees for your trade. One of two garage door motors failed and we called Precision to replace the motor. Two Brians came out and, after explaining what they would be doing, they went to work. In a shade over 2 hours they replaced the chain drive with a belt drive, installed a new motor to match the other one (which had been replaced 3 years ago), and secured the electric eyes so that they can't get out of alignment. Nice job guys. Very pleased

Excellent service. Same day service for a garage door that had many issues. The springs, rollers, sensors, and even the motor were in need of replacement. Brian was very informative: told me all the issues that he saw that were creating my garage door problems. He showed me how all the replaced parts worked and how and where to lube the garage door to prevent future problems. Brian had Nick worked together and were professional, courteous, and efficient. They got all the necessary things that needed to be fixed done.

Precision came in December ‘24, did a tuneup. Garage Door spring broke overnight. I hopped online at 7:00 AM and got an appointment for 11 AM same day. Brian and David called at 10:45 saying they were on their way. They got here right at 11:00. My husband thought we had a warranty but I couldn't get the system to recognize me online. Brian and David were able to find our previous account (it was in my husbands name) and merged them so we were able to use the warranty. Everything got fixed right up. Totally pleased. Our garage door spring broke with a bang. Brian from Precision came out the same day and quickly put in a new set of springs. Extremely affable, he then went over his inspection of our 26 y.o. garage door and opener assembly, pointing out potential problems and gave us recommendations. We decided just to replace the springs at this time, but Brian did not in any way engage in what I would call pressure tactics. When the inevitable happens to our garage door, we will be calling Precision Door Service to correct the problem.

Brian and David serviced our garage door today because it was sluggish going up when we used the remote. They found the problem and I think added some new rollers. It works perfectly now. They were very knowledgeable about the system and it gives us peace of mind to have it working properly again. We have signed up to have the system checked out once a year. My wife and I could not be happier with your repair service technicians Brian (supervisor) and Jackson (trainee). We found them both to be very knowledgeable , courteous and friendly. They called to let us know they would be arriving ahead of our scheduled time. They examined both of our garage doors and gave us expert recommendations for the necessary repairs on our doors. They presented us with costs for the optional repairs. After we agreed to which repairs we wanted they began work immediately.
