They will not price match and charge more the others for the same service. You are hounded for a review subsequent to service. They attempt to sell you extremely expensive upgrades before the service is performed! Not impressed!

Arrived on time with a prior phone message of ETA. Clean, efficient, friendly, and informative. Took care of the issue within half an hour. Discussed future options for an upgrade but emphasized the current setup is good for the next couple of years. No hard sell...really appreciated that part. Definitely will call when that time comes. I called for a Genie repair. I was told that my mother board was bad, it couldn't be replaced and I needed an entire garage door opener replacement. The replacement was professionally installed. While this was going on I called Genie. They told me that the mother board IS a replacement part. It was disappointing that I got incorrect information and I possibly ended up over paying.

so glad we got our door fixed, they always advertise as same day but it was a couple of days with our garage door partially open before they could do it, The work was done and done very nice, A little expensive but i guess everything is nowdays i gave 5 stars because the work was done very professionally,

Samuel Moan was very polite and courteous. He gave me a the option of two bids: one would take care of the immediate problem (but the problem might return) or the second option to replace the problematic keypad for the garage door opener. I went ahead and replaced the keypad. Sam was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Would recommend him to others.
