Spring broke on a Saturday night around 10 pm got online seen that your company was open on Sunday made a appointment online for Sunday morning and Colby Diaz came out and looked over my door and told me what i needed and how much for it to be done he was great with showing me everything about it and how to keep my whole garage door system in good working condition and was very pleasant to chat with would definitely recommend. Price i felt was great considering it was on a Sunday and 12 hours after the garage door was broken no complaints thank you

Samuel came out to our house and did so in double quick time. He was very knowledgeable, provided all available options, outlined the pros and cons of each, and allowed us to make a decision free of any pressure. Wow! called Precision at 1300 yesterday for bid to replace old garage door opener. Joe, a very professional, friendly and installer arrived 45 min later. After we talked about what I was looking for, he assessed current set up, presented 4 or 5 options and price ranges to fit my budget and situation. To my surprise about 4 hours later, all done! (new openers, rollers, springs, outside lock boxes, etc) Workspace was left clean, he instructed us on how to use, answered all questions, I appreciated his sense of humor, job knowledge and eagerness to get the job done right. New openers are whisper quiet and smooth as butter, I highy recommend Precision, excellent customer service!!

We have currently had our home, new since 1992, and the 3 garage doors have been in service since then. I have had other garage door people service them. But, since Dec. 2024 I have had Precision service and maintain them. Today I had "Joe" replace all the rollers on the one door that gets used the most. Called in the afternoon, and he was here by 2:00pm. Courteous and knowledgeable, he completed the work very quickly and the door is almost new again. They are the best in the business.

great service! Bo was the technician, and he explained the work to be done to repair the weather stripping? on the bottom of the door. It was worn out. He was professional and friendly, and the repair was done quickly. It only took a couple of days to get on the schedule, which I appreciated, even though it wasn't any type of emergency. I called Sunday morning to schedule an appointment to repair broken springs on my garage door. The appointment was scheduled same day on the Labor Day holiday weekend. Robert arrived, inspected the garage door and provided me a detailed estimate with options. I selected my choice and Robert began work. He was efficient, thourough, and quick. He would not leave until he was satisfied everything was correct. I can’t recommend precision garage door enough.

We called Precision Garage Door Service to come and fix our garage door that wouldn't go down. Precision sent Colby the same day and he was able to diagnose and repair it. He also replaced 10 rollers and adjusted the springs on two doors. The doors work great and are very quiet.

Joe was so nice and spent a long time with us explaining all of the different options so that we could make an informed decision and then he gave us a great deal. We also had a dangerous lose spring on one of our garage doors and he put a cable through it so that we could still use that garage door until they could come to put the new ones on. He did that for our safety and didn't even charge us! That was really really nice!

We had Precision replace two original doors in our 1960’s home. From our first contact with Paul our estimator we knew it was the right company to do business with, his knowledge and expertise guided us through preparing our garage for two new doors, what was needed for clearance for installation and the process. Our installer CJ arrived on time, appreciated the prep we had done to make it an easy install, talked through options on mounting and future drywall I planned on installing, he understood my attention to details as I’m an avid DIYer.
