Nick was friendly and professional. He replaced my garage door opener the same day in under two hours and went above and beyond by putting in the two bottom rollers that had been sitting on my shelf. From the beginning I was impressed with how responsive their email team was, and in the end I was satisfied with the result and how quiet the new opener was. The entire process took less than 12 hours, from my initial outreach to installation.

Samuel was my technician and he was terrific! He was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He texted me to let me know he was on his way and then called as he got closer to provide a more specific ETA. My appointment was just to have an annual service on my garage door. I also had what I thought was a programming issue with the key pad so, once he arrived, I asked for assistance with that. Samuel quickly diagnosed that there was actually a problem with the key pad itself. Not directly related to my experience with Samuel, I want to say how much I appreciate receiving a photo of the technician who will be performing the work in advance of their coming to my home.

I have used Precision Garsge Door before and I called today because I couldn’t get my garage door down. They were there within an hour and a half, helped me out and did an inspection and tuneup of my garage door. I was so pleased they could come so quickly! Excellent So glad I made the initial call..my noisy door ended up with a damaged bracket that was about to cause me to get a new door...and possibly car damage if the door fell. He quickly spotted the damaged bracket and how to fix it. Since the doors motor was also over 20 years old he provided me with options to consider. Two hours later my door quietly hums safely up and down.

I had a problem with a garage door that was put in by Precision Door it was having some major issues I called in to see if it was still under warranty and it was. I was told that a tech was close by he came prompt he was very courteous respectful and explained what was happening and what he was doing to fix it. I felt he went above and beyond to help me with this problem. I would definitely recommend Nick and your company for anyone needing your services.
