Penn our serviceman was EXCELLENT in every way!! His customer service and technical knowledge were superior. He gave me clear options for my specific needs and did not try to upsell me which I greatly appreciated. His warm friendly manner helped the process be pleasant. In the future I will request him!!! Never again! With the “Crash Door” notation of $500 and service call of $74.95 that amounts to $191.65 per hour for a 3 hour service call. it was Sunday ,but geez.I live in a 55 plus community of about 225 homes so I will post this bill on the community board with a notation of 3 hour service call and let people draw their own conclusions
