I called and asked for an estimate for a new belt driven opener system. They arrived a few hours later. Our technician, Joe Igla was professional, had all the gear necessary in the van, and less than 2 hours later, the system worked to perfection. Joe was awesome! The window for him to be at my house was from 8-10am. He called me at 7:40am to say he was on his way. He got here right at 8:00am! My garage door stopped working on Thursday and he was here Saturday! Joe knew immediately what the problem was and fixed the faulty sensor wires on the spot! He was done by 8:25am. Very reasonably priced as well. Will definitely be using this company in the future! Thanks again Joe!!!!!!!

Called Precision based on reviews and advertisement. We were having intermittent door closing problems. Joe was our tech. He was very patient, and listened to the problem. After checking out the entire door, his diagnosis's was old door sensors The sensors were replaced with modern ones and the problem was solved. Great service!

My spring on my garage door broke at 7:55. I called precision garage door and Joe was there by 8:30. He gave me multiple options to replace the whole garage door or just fix the problems that needed to be addressed and we went with that option. he took care of it and my garage door works perfectly and if I ever needed to replace it, I would call precision to do the work

We came home to find out door did not close. Upon inspection we noticed loose cables. A quick Google search and scanning reviews proved to us that Precision Garage Door Service was the right company to call. Joe arrived three hours BEFORE our expected service arrival estimate. It took him about two minutes to diagnose the issue and was gone within an hour and a half. The door is now operates quieter and smoother. Joe also noticed a similar issue on our other door and provided a quote in case we decide to fix it. If call Precision any time there I'd a garage door issue and have informed our neighbors about the issue and who to call. I get the feeling Joe will get to know most of our neighbors soon. Thanks for helping us!
