Had Persicion Garage Doors out in 2018. We'll fast forward to last night one of the springs broke so garage wouldn't open. Called persicion and they had Samuel come out on a Saturday at no addition charge. Samuel quickly new what the problem was and got us all fixed up. Its even better then it was! Thank you so much for your speedy Service! Samuel and Percicion where fantastic from the initial call! We Will only use them. Thank you

Spring broke on my 20+ year old garage door. Contacted Precision Garage Door Service and setup a next day service. Service Technician Joe Igla responded inspected the garage door and related hardware, and within an hour had the springs/bearings replaced. Joe didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, was very professional and friendly. The repair cost was reasonable and now my garage door is working like new. Three year warranty is an added plus. Very happy with the entire experience.

Spring broke on a Saturday night around 10 pm got online seen that your company was open on Sunday made a appointment online for Sunday morning and Colby Diaz came out and looked over my door and told me what i needed and how much for it to be done he was great with showing me everything about it and how to keep my whole garage door system in good working condition and was very pleasant to chat with would definitely recommend. Price i felt was great considering it was on a Sunday and 12 hours after the garage door was broken no complaints thank you

Wow! called Precision at 1300 yesterday for bid to replace old garage door opener. Joe, a very professional, friendly and installer arrived 45 min later. After we talked about what I was looking for, he assessed current set up, presented 4 or 5 options and price ranges to fit my budget and situation. To my surprise about 4 hours later, all done! (new openers, rollers, springs, outside lock boxes, etc) Workspace was left clean, he instructed us on how to use, answered all questions, I appreciated his sense of humor, job knowledge and eagerness to get the job done right. New openers are whisper quiet and smooth as butter, I highy recommend Precision, excellent customer service!!

Over the years we have had several different garage door repair businesses service our garage door. David Heath, with Precision Garage Door Service in Portland is, by far, the most knowledgeable and proficient of the techs who have worked on our door. Our door was spontaneously reversing itself on the down travel, and David correctly diagnosed the problem as a tired consumer-grade opener motor which had been incorrectly programmed to its highest power level, which wore the motor out prematurely. Precision Garage Door installs only top quality hardware, and, while the price for the LiftMaster opener David installed for us caused me some sticker shock, we are delighted with the operation of our new opener. This opener has internal battery backup in the event of a power outage, a camera, and WiFi connection, so the opener’s status is reported to my phone. I can even open and close the door using the dedicated app on my phone. All of these features of course add to the cost of the unit. David also did a tuneup on the door and confirmed correct operation of all the safety components and took the time to exercise the new opener multiple times to verify satisfactory operation. In summary, I am happy to recommend Precision Garage Door Services to anyone needing garage door servicing. (Sorry, the photo of the opener is kind of “blown out” due to the brightness of the LED light surrounding it. I took a video of the door opening and closing to show the quietness of the unit, but Google won’t accept the video due to the size of the file).

I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service for their superior, expedient service. I called at 8:00 am regarding a broken door spring and they were at my residence by 12:30 pm the same day making repairs. My service technician, Joe Igla, completed a quick assessment to determine if there were any other issues, reviewed the costs and recommendations, and then proceeded with the repair. Joe was very knowledgeable, efficient, and provided a thorough explanation of the work as it was being completed. I’ll definitely be using them in the future!

We have currently had our home, new since 1992, and the 3 garage doors have been in service since then. I have had other garage door people service them. But, since Dec. 2024 I have had Precision service and maintain them. Today I had "Joe" replace all the rollers on the one door that gets used the most. Called in the afternoon, and he was here by 2:00pm. Courteous and knowledgeable, he completed the work very quickly and the door is almost new again. They are the best in the business.

My garage door openers had stopped working, even when I replaced a battery so I knew I needed to call someone. I had remembered advertisements for Precision door and gave them a call. They were able to get me an appointment with a technician within a couple hours. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable. It turned out that my unit was 30 years old and had "died". He installed a new one, replaced the rollers on my door and showed me how to use the app on my phone. I am VERY pleased.
