Joe was here on time and did an evaluation on my old garage door. He did some "squeek" repair. I thought the door was about to hop off the track but he looked at the situation and immediately knew what the issue was. He took care of that and my garage door opener upgrade. I think he was done in less than an hour. He is so personable and knows what he is doing. Thank you for great service.

great service! Bo was the technician, and he explained the work to be done to repair the weather stripping? on the bottom of the door. It was worn out. He was professional and friendly, and the repair was done quickly. It only took a couple of days to get on the schedule, which I appreciated, even though it wasn't any type of emergency. I've used the company before and will use you again, I'm sure!

Our Precision Garage Door Service representative, Sam, understood what was happening with our garage doors immediately. He was very informative and efficient as he tested, adjusted and installed new rollers. He also assisted us with understanding the MyQ APP and how the systems work together. Both garage doors are now quieter going up and down. We plan to complete a yearly Tuneup!

I called Sunday morning to schedule an appointment to repair broken springs on my garage door. The appointment was scheduled same day on the Labor Day holiday weekend. Robert arrived, inspected the garage door and provided me a detailed estimate with options. I selected my choice and Robert began work. He was efficient, thourough, and quick. He would not leave until he was satisfied everything was correct. I can’t recommend precision garage door enough.

Our tech Colby Diaz did an outstanding job installing the belt drive garage door opener, railing repair ,outdoor key pad, as well as tuning up/lubrication. He also volunteered to pair our car with the opener. Colby is very knowledgeable, and explained everything thoroughly. He is also very friendly and professional. We will specifically ask for him for any upcoming tuneup or repair needs in the future.
