We called Precision Garage Door Service to come and fix our garage door that wouldn't go down. Precision sent Colby the same day and he was able to diagnose and repair it. He also replaced 10 rollers and adjusted the springs on two doors. The doors work great and are very quiet.

Joe was so nice and spent a long time with us explaining all of the different options so that we could make an informed decision and then he gave us a great deal. We also had a dangerous lose spring on one of our garage doors and he put a cable through it so that we could still use that garage door until they could come to put the new ones on. He did that for our safety and didn't even charge us! That was really really nice!

Our garage door quit working on July 4. "Oh no! Not a holiday!" We assumed we wouldn't be able to get it repaired that day. We had Precision replace two original doors in our 1960’s home. From our first contact with Paul our estimator we knew it was the right company to do business with, his knowledge and expertise guided us through preparing our garage for two new doors, what was needed for clearance for installation and the process. Our installer CJ arrived on time, appreciated the prep we had done to make it an easy install, talked through options on mounting and future drywall I planned on installing, he understood my attention to details as I’m an avid DIYer. The install was perfect, we LOVE the new doors, wondering why we hadn’t done this earlier!

Joe from Precision Garage Door was friendly and able to efficiently diagnose and fix my garage door tracks that were bent and squeaky. He provided options for different repairs and was able to bend the tracks back into place - and replaced the old rollers. All the options were reasonably priced and the end result was what we were looking for - no more squeaky door! Would definitely recommend.

Precision installed our beautiful sleek modern garage door and garage door opener in May 2024. Had an issue with door partially closing and then going up again. Couldn't program a new remote for my LiftMaster garage door opener installed in 2000. Called Precision because they were the dealer for LiftMaster. Joe arrived 90 minutes later. Trouble shot the opener and gave me a couple options. I choose to replace the opener. Joe had one on his truck and had it installed in 90 Minutes. Joe did a great job. Expensive but done right.
