Nicholas did a great job. He called me and arranged to come early. He checked out the door, rails and opener to make sure there were no underlying issues. He replaced the bottom seal with a much sturdier metal framed seal. Tested it to make sure it sealed completely. He cleaned the door where he had been handling it. Very professional. He left me very satisfied. After three weeks of waiting for Gary to respond, I was very relieved. Thanks very much Richard

Really great service. They were able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. The technician was right on time and diagnosed my intermittent functioning garage door opener. It turned out to be the electronic panel in the opener box. The unit is 17 yrs old and yet they had a replacement panel right in the truck! I am very pleased with my experience with Precision Garage Door.

Your repair person was great - efficient, smart, knew what they were doing, and fixed it all up! I decided to get new springs and new rollers for my double garage door, which was not functioning properly, and new keypads for two garages. SUPER - Sunday 3/30 - around 11:05 am called for service - garage door opener wasn't - working was told repair service man would be coming sometime before 1 pm - shortly after hanging up - rec'd call - saying someone will be arriving in about in 30 min or so & James did - immediately found the problem & then check the other parts on both doors - completed around 12:30 - super service - highly recommended - James is a very pleasant person

My garage door started to get louder, experience speed bumps along the track and then eventually not close all the way leaving a two inch gap at the bottom. So I decided to call Precision GARAGE DOOR SERVICE since I had exceptional service from them in the past. Bryan Sanders was the technician that arrived earlier than I expected (which was nice). He was very friendly and seemed to be an expert in the garage door industry. He made recommendations and let us know of all the options available to make our garage door safe & reliable. After Bryan completed the replacement of worn parts & made the necessary adjustments, he did a superb job cleaning up. I will always trust Precision to be the ones I go to for all my garage door service needs.

Brian came out same day to repair our door that was misaligned and would not open or close completely. While here, he also measured and quoted a new door. While a new door was not on our list of projects, we opted to move forward knowing they will provide a level of detail and service unique to the industry.

I am very impressed with how smooth and effortless this whole situation ended up being. Having my garage door spring snap in half and trapping my car in the garage seemed like a headache. I was recommended to call Precision from a friend. They where available on the weekend when I was home from work, and had all the parts to replace my old system! What a pleasant experience to unfortunate event. I upgraded my old 2004 system to a brand new lift master. Mark came out to replace a panel that was damaged on a new garage door that had been installed. He was punctual (actually arrived a few minutes early), polite, professional and quickly completed the work. While I wasn't expecting it, he also serviced the door. Great job!!

Now that's the way to run a business! I had a broken spring and could not raise my door. Googled to find a service and was lucky to call Precision. The technician, Joe, came to house and noticed the springs were previously installed by Precision. I knew I had them replaced about ten or so years ago, but couldn't recall, or find the paperwork. Joe made a couple phone calls and they found the information (installed 12 years ago) and instead of a several hundred dollar repair (which I was ready to pay) only charged me the well under $100 for the service call as the springs were warranted. I've now posted their business card right next to my opener. Will definitely call them again, or refer them to anyone that asks me. Thank you Joe!
