I was very hesitant to hire Precision. I thought that with all of their advertising presence that they would be all promises and no follow through. I was very wrong. Robert called and apologized for being late. He wasn't late at all, just in the middle of the arrival window. Robert gave us many options, without pressure to choose one. He got the work done in a timely manner. We have had other repairs done, but this is the first time our garage door has really worked well.

Our double car garage door was malfunctioning and not opening all the way. I left an internet appointment message on the Precision Garage Door Service site and was contacted later the same day. I explained the issue and agreed to have a technician come out the following day between 0600 and 1000. The next morning we were contacted via phone by technician Joe Igla who gave us an arrival time of 0830. He arrived on time and did a thorough examination of the door and identified the issue promptly. He supplied me with several estimates based on what needed to be done and the age of the door. He was very thorough in explaining everything to me and discussing the pros and cons of each estimate. I chose the one that best suited our current needs and Joe went to work. Within two hours, a very aggravating situation had been professionally fixed. Joe was very professional, on time, knowledgable and gave thorough no pressure estimates. I would definitely recommend Precision Door Service and especially Joe Igla if you need garage door work done in the Camas/Washougal Area.

We had a tension cable come off the drum on one side and the door was bound up. Technician Nick showed up on time and used some very tricky methods working around a vintage vehicle that couldn’t be moved to replace parts, rewind the springs, and get the door functional again. He answered all my questions in a very friendly, personable way and gave me estimates on options for future improvements to consider for our 25-year-old door. Simply the BEST. On a weekend and the old garage door bites the dust! Precision Door came to our rescue ready to solve the problem. My garage door was pretty jacked up from the day we bought our house. I had been putting off the door because of price fears and laziness. The door finally jammed and I knew I was long over due. Made a phone call to Precision and they had me on the schedule the next day. So the next day has arrived and I was called a few hours early to let me know the techs arrival would hit the middle of my two hour window. It was accurate! The gents that showed up were professional and explained to me the options I had and their recommendations. I chose the more expensive route knowing I had neglected my door for years and I wanted some extra parts replaced. I really appreciated the experience from the initial lady who answered the phone to the techs making the repairs. Awesome service!
