Response time, appointment availability, knowledge and friendliness of the technician, speed of the repair were all five stars. I wanted the job done asap, but I should have called around for competing quotes or negotiated a discount. The price was shockingly high for spring replacement on a double door! A little Google search after the fact leads me to believe I could have had it done at half the cost if not less.

contacted Precision on a late friday night our garage door programing was all out of sinc would not work. The representative Beau arrived 1 hour earlier than scheduled and arrived sat morning at 11. He was exceptional in all ways. helpful courteous, very knowledgeable and solved our problem in under 20 min. even did a safety inspection and located another area to watch. we would recommend Precision to anyone with concerns for their garage.

Luke the technician was Fast, Professional, and Courteous. His workmanship is high quality. A year ago Precision Garage Door Service replaced opener, rollers and spring. 1 Year later... Free of charge, They warranty replaced one of the rollers. Additionally, lubricated the door hinges, rollers and rails.

When our spring broke yesterday morning and the garage door company, I've used in the past was closed, the first company that came to mind was precision and their commercials where they say "fully stocked ready to rock" - so I called. The representative looked at the booking calendar and asked how about now for them to come out. Robert (and yes, he's in the commercial) showed up in a matter of 30 minutes and was done an hour later. New springs, stranded cable and bearings done. Precision is the real deal. My garage door spring broke today. When it called I told the person who schedules that my cars were in the garage and I could not get them out. She scheduled Nicholas to come between 12-2pm. Shortly Nicholas called and said, he had finished the job he was working on and said, he could come right over. He gave me a number of options to fix my door. Did the work in a timely manner. We checked to make sure everything was working properly. He gave me his card and said, to call him if I had any issues. I have had Precision staff come out previously and have been very satisfied with their service

Easy scheduling. Next day service. Chuck called and asked if he could come out a little early (nice). About an hour to replace a blown spring. That includes a quick run down from Chuck on today's work and some down the road options. My top option for garage door work.

Service tech, Sam Moan, came out to replace a broken spring. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend this company for their quick response and experienced/professional service tech’s. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

On time, friendly, quick install. Came back when interior light wouldn’t turn off quickly. Turns out the sensor was picking me up as I was walking around it. Working as should. Very quiet operation. I balked at the price but after the install I was happy with having Chuck at Precision Door service do the job.

We have been customers of Precision Garage Door Service for several years. We have had them out for various reasons and each time the technicians have been very kind, efficient at discovering the problem and always have a great solution. I appreciate that they do not use high pressure sales techniques. They will let you know what needs to be taken care of at the time and what can wait. Today we moved forward with two new garage door openers. They had the products in stock in their van and were able to install while they were out so we could use our garage door again, all on the same day! From the time I called to the time they arrived, it was about 2 1/2 hours. Amazing! Chuck was our technician today. He was great! Very personable and did a fabulous job with the opener installs and also took the extra time to make sure we were all set before he left, familiarizing us with the new technology and the warranties. We had Scott last time and he was equally fantastic and true to his words. This company is an absolute testament to treating your customers right and they will return. We will be purchasing new garage doors next! Are scheduling an estimator to come out. When our garage door wouldn’t open today my daughter mentioned how these things always happen at the worst possible times. It made me chuckle because it reminded me of one of recent Precision tv ads that says that exact same thing and follow it up with something like that is why they offer same day appointments to get you moving again. Very accurate! Thanks for coming out today Chuck and getting us moving again! Thanks Precision!
