After attempting (and failing) on our own to troubleshoot what turned out to be some rather serious issues with our garage door, we decided to call Precision Door Service after reading reviews online. We described the issue to a Precision representative and a technician arrived at our home shortly after. Shane H. thoroughly examined the state of our garage door, identified the problem, and went over a few options with us. From beginning to end Shane was courteous, professional, and demonstrated the highest level of service as he was ultimately able to fix the issue we were having with the garage door spring and cables. A great experience all around, and a big thank you to Shane!

My call started with Kim. She was courteous and professional. Got me scheduled same day and let me know Hunter was tech. Hunter called to let me know arrival window and showed up in the window. He diagnosed the problem, offered solution and suggested improvements without a hard sell. I upgraded based upon his presentation and knowledge. He fixed the problem, went extra to program a remote and educated me on home maintenance, pointing out the training videos on the companies website. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and reflected well on the company. I was relieved to have same day service at a reasonable price with some education thrown in. Highly recommend this company and it’s standards.

Overall a good experience. They replaced my broken spring. The repairman was professional, courteous, and finished in a timely manner. Only complaint is the price seemed a little high, $350 for two springs. And that was with a $100 discount!

Wow! They’re not kidding when Precision Door claims same day service. The customer service is absolutely stellar!!! Both Luke and trainee were both on time and courteous.
