My experience was great! Luke and his team(sorry I cannot remember the other gentleman’s name) were very informative, knew exactly what I needed and were also fast. I received excellent customer service and as a bonus, they did not mind the interruptions by my awesome dog! I will highly recommend Precision to anyone who needs service of any kind.

Wow! They’re not kidding when Precision Door claims same day service. The customer service is absolutely stellar!!! Both Luke and trainee were both on time and courteous. Completed inspection followed by a few service options and the cost for each. After choosing an option they both got started and in no time our garage door was repaired. Thanks!

Hunter arrived when he was scheduled, called to let me know when he would be here. Inspected the problem and let me know what was damaged and explained what needed to be done. He and his associate then did the repairs quickly and explained all the the work they performed. Very professional. I highly recommend this business.

Hunter called when on his way, arrived in the promised time window, and was likewise very professional. His estimates were right on the mark, and the extras - tuning up the doors and re-tuning the door opener - were beyond my expectations. Very nice work!

the technician that came out was extremely helpful and had our problem diagnosed and fixed in no time. He also advised us of a situation that would eventually become a problem and we asked him if he could take care of that while he was on site. (saving us a future house call) . He said he had the materials on hand and in short order the job was done. You can't ask for better service than that. I'm keeping his phone number handy.

I called on a Monday morning and had a technician here by 1:30. He was quick to discover my problem (an easy fix) and mentioned the rollers were old making the motor work harder so I had him replace them. I was extremely happy as it was very cold out and I needed my garage door working. I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door repair. I can't thank your company and Josh T. enough.

I was given an arrival time for your technician of between 3:00 and 5:00. He called prior to his arrival and advised of his estimated arrival time. He arrived at 3:15 as estimated, introduced himself, was very polite and went right to work. He offered two or three possible causes of my problem and went right to work problem solving. He discovered the problem, fixed it and was done in about 20 minutes. Thank you for a job well done.

Overall a good experience. They replaced my broken spring. The repairman was professional, courteous, and finished in a timely manner. Only complaint is the price seemed a little high, $350 for two springs. And that was with a $100 discount!
