the technician that came out was extremely helpful and had our problem diagnosed and fixed in no time. He also advised us of a situation that would eventually become a problem and we asked him if he could take care of that while he was on site. (saving us a future house call) . I called on a Monday morning and had a technician here by 1:30. He was quick to discover my problem (an easy fix) and mentioned the rollers were old making the motor work harder so I had him replace them. I was extremely happy as it was very cold out and I needed my garage door working. I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door repair. I can't thank your company and Josh T. enough.

I was given an arrival time for your technician of between 3:00 and 5:00. He called prior to his arrival and advised of his estimated arrival time. He arrived at 3:15 as estimated, introduced himself, was very polite and went right to work. He offered two or three possible causes of my problem and went right to work problem solving. He discovered the problem, fixed it and was done in about 20 minutes. Thank you for a job well done.

Dear Precision Garage Door, Overall, I had a great experience with Precision Garage Door. The technician, Josh, was on time, knowledgeable, and at no point did I feel like he was trying to rip me off or be dishonest. He identified the issue rather quickly, and the fix was completed within an hour and a half. I do however, have a recommendation. When I contacted Precision Garage Door on Friday, February 13th, at 5:02 p.m., I spoke with a girl who set me up for the appointment. She was not rude, but she was not personable, and she did not make me want to do business with Precision Garage Door (in fact, I had considered telling her that I would call someone else, as I expected her to be more helpful). She failed to disclose the $69.95 service fee, which I later found out about by reading reviews. I was not upset about this service fee, but I do expect to be told about it before you come visit my home! As a manager of a call center that schedules appointments for service at a car dealership, I know the repercussions of not quoting diagnosis time. The customer should always know what to expect - and when they don't, it is those experiences that contribute to a poor reputation and negative reviews. Other than that, I don't have any qualms with the service that I received. I will use your company again, as I was impressed with the customer service provided by Josh, along with the price of the repair. Thank you, Stesha Powers

I was in a hurry to get a new garage door installed because my old garage door bottom panel fell off. Precision was the only company that could come out that same day that I called. When Victor showed up from Precision he explained everything, a super nice guy. Within a few days I had a beautiful new garage door installed by two installers, Jess and Ray who was very nice and knew what they were doing. I would recommend Precision to anyone! Thank you!

Brad rebuilt the spings, rollers, and installed a new opener. The work was done professionally and in a timely manor.
