The service tech (Joe) arrived exactly on time and quickly reviewed all potential options for our garage door. We definitely need a new opener system, he was ready with appropriate options. Once we selected the opener he immediately went to work removing the existing (failed 30 year old opener) and installing the new one. Joe's instructions on the new opener's use were excellent. For a little additional expense Joe completely replaced all rollers and bearings on the door to make the new opener more quiet and efficient. The best that door has operated in 20 years. Excellent customer service.

Our previous vendor had family problems and became very hard to reach. It was time for a good PM, so, based on your TV ad, we chose you. Not sorry either, we needed a couple more things that Joe, the tech was able to do without delay for lack of parts.

Called on Sunday expecting to get a recorded message on their hours of operation when a live person answered the phone. She offered services on Sunday with no surcharge for weekends or emergencies. Within 3 hours of my call, the garage door was repaired to my satisfaction. The work was performed by Paul who was very efficient, knowledgeable, and very personable. I received outstanding services as I have in the past and for that reason, I continue to use the services of Precision Door

Excellent service from beginning to end. I called two other services first and couldn't reach a person - just a recording that wouldn't accept messages and an answering service that couldn't help me. Precision answered their phone promptly (answered by a human) and scheduled a service appointment a few hours later. The technician, Hunter, called me 30 minutes before arrival to confirm. He arrived on time and he was professional and thorough. He fixed the problem with my garage door, he explained several options to me, and he showed me how I could oil the door myself. I felt the cost was very reasonable and I will definitely call Precision again when I need any help with my garage door. Thank you!

Paul called and was able to come early for our appointment. Our door was not functioning properly and was very noisy. I thought it needed some adjustment. He discovered, very quickly, that the support for the spring mechanism was pulling out of the wall. He fixed and reestablished the support and then proceeded to solve the rest of the noise problem. When he was done the door was very quiet, worked properly and seemed solid. I thought my bill was going to pretty high but I was surprised at how reasonable it was. He was very professional as was the scheduling person. The response time was very good.....less than 24hrs.
