The counterweight coil spring on my door broke on July 4 unexpectedly after nine years of constant use. I called Sunday AM and a technician from Precision was there within an hour and a half. Vance thoroughly examined the equipment and informed me of everything he was going to do, and proceeded to do it with excellence. He completed the work in a short amount of time and the door operates better than it ever has. I am so impressed with how thorough Vance did the work

Precision came recommended to me by my Mom and I was pleased with their service. Vance came out and did an excellent job resolving my issues. The spring broke, but the whole garage door needed some updating, which he took care of. Vance was polite, professional, helpful, and efficient. We had a very old and unsafe garage door spring system that broke. Vance at Precision was quick to come out and was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
