I had Precision Garage Door out to install a new garage door opener. I was able to get an appoint for the next day. Jackson was wonderful to work with, polite and very friendly. He explained everything he would do and how long it would take. He got the job done faster than anticipated and cleaned up any mess he made. He helped me set up the app on my phone and explained everything I needed to know to work the new opener. I will have Precision out again if I need any service.

Outstanding service. We called at 4:30pm on a Friday afternoon, Chuck was here by 6pm and work was completed by 7pm. No service or late day fee!! Chuck Hunt was professional, polite and resolved our issue quickly. We could see the spring on the door was broken, he examined all parts and made recommendations. He reviewed 3 options for us, answered questions and explained each option. This is the 2nd time we've used Precision, we wouldn't use any other service.

Over the weekend our garage door opener refused to work after 15 years of faithful service. We were able to call Precision Garage Door Service on Saturday and arrange for a service call on Monday morning. Early Monday morning, Brian arrived at our home and greeted us with a beautiful smile and attitude of getting us back to normal. Brian did a thorough inspection with the news that our old garage door opener was "Kaput" after many years of use. After explaining our options and various ways we could address our situation, we selected to purchase a new modern overhead garage door opener with LED features, new fobs, and the ability to program the opener via our phones. Brian was able to remove our old system in a flash and install our new equipment without delays or having to obtain additional parts. Brian was a professional technician with a can-do attitude. Brian explained the equipment, service, warranties, and helped us program the new opener to our existing outdoor code pad, vehicles, and mobile phones. We cannot thank Brian enough for all he did for us. Brian, my wife and I along with Ms. Abby thank you again for all you did for us. You are the BEST!
