Over the weekend our garage door opener refused to work after 15 years of faithful service. We were able to call Precision Garage Door Service on Saturday and arrange for a service call on Monday morning. Early Monday morning, Brian arrived at our home and greeted us with a beautiful smile and attitude of getting us back to normal. Brian did a thorough inspection with the news that our old garage door opener was "Kaput" after many years of use. After explaining our options and various ways we could address our situation, we selected to purchase a new modern overhead garage door opener with LED features, new fobs, and the ability to program the opener via our phones. Brian was able to remove our old system in a flash and install our new equipment without delays or having to obtain additional parts. Brian was a professional technician with a can-do attitude. Brian explained the equipment, service, warranties, and helped us program the new opener to our existing outdoor code pad, vehicles, and mobile phones. We cannot thank Brian enough for all he did for us. Brian, my wife and I along with Ms. Abby thank you again for all you did for us. You are the BEST!

We were pleased to meet Sales Manager, Paul, concerning our 49 year old garage doors. He gave us his honest advice and genuine opinion on our doors which we appreciated. There was no pressure to buy new at this time so we have opted for service. Depending on the examination of our doors and recommendation of their service technician, we may opt for new.

It is refreshing to find a company that doesn’t hide behind the worn out excuse that: “Due to the pandemic” they can’t do this or that. As good as advertised. Called them at 12:30pm on a Sunday due to a broken spring. Tim arrived on time @ 1:30. He was professional, knowledgeable, and fast. Door repaired in just over an hour. Thankyou Precision.

I had to let you know of the quick response I got . He fixed it less then 20 min and it is like brand new ! Found Precision through a Google search and after comparing prices and reviews I decided to go with them. Glad I did. I needed a torsion spring replaced and an upgrade on a garage door opener. Trey, your service representative was on time and very courteous to my wife and I answering all our questions. After inspecting our garage door set-up gave us answers to the problem and 3 options to correct it. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and Trey was so good to go through all that he did and to show us how to work our new system.
