Our garage door stopped working around 1145 and David H to check our garage. He gave us options on how to do the garage and was very knowledgeable about what needs to be done.We chose to overhaul our garage and he was able to fix our garage door in an hour. He was also able to impart information on what work was done to the garage door. He also showed me how to maintain it, and when to call them (we chose to get the option with 10 year warranty. We are happy that our garage door is fixed and is not loud anymore.

Our garage door springs broke and the manual release broke on our garage door making it impossible to open the garage door. Robert R. came out on Saturday morning and fixed the garage door for us. He was very friendly and professional. Thank you Robert for a great job!

Outstanding service. We called at 4:30pm on a Friday afternoon, Chuck was here by 6pm and work was completed by 7pm. No service or late day fee!! Chuck Hunt was professional, polite and resolved our issue quickly. We could see the spring on the door was broken, he examined all parts and made recommendations. He reviewed 3 options for us, answered questions and explained each option. This is the 2nd time we've used Precision, we wouldn't use any other service.

Nick was amazing. I needed extra garage door openers for everyone that we have coming and going, and we had a bolt that would occasionally come loose and we would have to re-screw it into place. Nick came out, same day, I got 2 new openers - he programmed them, he added an additional nut to keep the other nut from coming loose, AND he helped to set up the App on my phone and make sure that homelink wasn’t available on any of our vehicles so he could help to program those as well. Very thorough, super friendly service. Could not recommend highly enough :)

We have an very old plywood garage door. A couple of rollers were missing and one fell out on Christmas Eve. I called a couple places to get a quote over the phone and schedule for repair ( I assumed the day after Christmas). To my surprise, Precision Garage Door Service not only gave me a reasonable quote, but when I asked them when we could schedule the repair, they said how about 2 to 4 hours from now. Wow! Just like their TV commercials.... Our technician Chuck Hunt was extremely pleasant and provided us with a lot of information. It is clear we really need new garage doors and openers, however there was no high pressure sales, just clear basic information. Please send Chuck again, when we do decide to have new doors installed.

We were very satisfied with the diagnostics and service provided by Brian and Andrew today. They gave detailed transparent explanations for what was needed and provided several options we could choose from. Diagnosis and repairs were completed within a couple of hours, including replacing springs & rollers, servicing and adjusting the door, and reattaching the door frame to the house. We had Precision Door put in a new door in Spring of 2024. The door was beginning to make some creaking and squawking noises so I called for it to be serviced. Precision Door sent out Tim, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He tightened and lubed the entire door and it now much quieter. And, even though our one year warranty was already up, Precision Door did not charge us for this call! I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend Precision Door to anyone needing quality, reliable service.

Colby Diaz was the technician that came to our home to help me with a garage door that would not close. Colby was a service person that had all the qualities a person could hope for-courteous, thoughtful, knowledgeable and clear speaking. I am a 77yearold grumpy old man, a technician’s nightmare: somewhat distrustful of service people, lots of questions, worried about getting cheated or taken advantage of, and sure he could of fixed it himself! Colby was the perfect technician for a person like me: Carefully listened to my concerns, politely listened as I reviewed all my failed attempts and MY diagnosis of the problem and then quietly proceeded to explain to me how he would approach diagnosing and solving the problem. He was clear and generous in his explanation and showed me what he was doing. He offered alternatives and made suggestions to reduce the likelihood of the problem recurring. Not only did Colby fix the problem and reduce the likelihood of another occurrence but he renewed my faith in Precision Garage Door and renewed my faith in quality service staff like Colby. Quick shout out to Jeffrey for the excellent service he provided. Experienced a broken spring that needed quick attention, so reached out to Precision on their website to schedule an appointment which was super easy. Within a couple of hours Jeffery showed up to give me my options and improving several needs for both garage doors including a new opener and tune-up to ensure future issues don't arise. It was a little more than I wanted to spend but well worth it at the end. Precision's commercials are spot-on when they say they will be there same day. Thanks again Jeffery and Precision!

The receptionist greeted me and was courteous on the phone. We were able to have an appointment 2 hours later. David Teehee was prompt and very courteous. He was professional and the service he performed has alleviated the issue we had experienced, ie; the door was not sealing on our garage floor. He installed a new bottom seal. The price that he charged was very generous. Additionally, he thoroughly checked our door and suggested issues that may need to be addressed in the future.
