Amazingly prompt service - within hours of my contact with them. Had only a wiring problem so the fix was quick and he did not charge me for a full visit. Great service.

We jammed the garage door with the tailgate of our car. I called Precision and they schedule me right away for the next day. Robert kept me informed of his arrival. He did a through inspection. Offered three levels of repair/service. He had all the parts, completed the job and cleaned up. Robert was very easy to work with.

We had an overhaul on our garage door, including new cables. Our tech was very nice and easy to work with. However, our bill was $1085 which was somewhat shocking. After reviewing several other garage door companies, we feel like that was far more than what we should’ve been charged. We also found out the position is a commission based company. We would not call on them again as we feel that their prices are at least double other companies.

I appreciate that he took the time and was patient with me to explain everything along the way. And that he could do everything that needed to be done right then. So I did not have to find another time on my calendar. For another time that was really nice Thank you a job well done.

As is usual the guys arrived in the time slot scheduled...much appreciated...they diagnosed the problem in about 45 seconds and fixed the problem and were gone in about 20 minutes...great team! I wish all contractor services were this professional. These are our third set of doors with Precision...enough said!

After deciding to call Precision Garage Door because of their BBB rating on line, the telephone receptionist was pleasant and scheduled an on-site appointment for me with a technician the next day, and Colby showed up on time, was capable, efficient, and a pleasure to discuss my options to repair my garage door. After making a thorough inspection of the garage door assembly, Colby effectively installed new high torsion door springs, torsion tube, and rollers. I had Precision garage doors out to inspect my 2.5 year old garage door installed by another company in town that is now under new ownership. Chuck H was my tech, and after some small talk he got to work doing an inspection. At one point during the inspection he found my end bearings had some play, and he replaced them at reasonable price in under 20 minutes. Chuck at one point told me "I love my job, it's the best job on the planet". That right there made me a lifetime customer. Thanks precision garage doors, and Chuck H!!!

I had Precision Garage Door out to install a new garage door opener. I was able to get an appoint for the next day. Jackson was wonderful to work with, polite and very friendly. He explained everything he would do and how long it would take. He got the job done faster than anticipated and cleaned up any mess he made. He helped me set up the app on my phone and explained everything I needed to know to work the new opener. I will have Precision out again if I need any service.

We had a very old and unsafe garage door spring system that broke. Vance at Precision was quick to come out and was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He did an excellent job of thoroughly explaining solution options to someone who knows nothing about garage doors. He provided different options, gave estimated timeframes and costs, and thoroughly explained the steps he was taking along the way. Though we only went with repair work due to economic uncertainties right now, we’re looking forward to exploring possible replacement garage door options down the road. When that time comes, Precision will be who we call.
