I have had nothing but excellent service from Precision and the employee's are fantastic. I have had springs replace and new garage doors installed, today they replace my 31 year old garage door opener.

I appreciate being able to watch a video of technicians before our appointment. Brandon was very thorough and knowledgeable about garage doors and garage door openers. He explained everything well and gave us many options. Brandon also called before arriving so we would know exactly when to expect him--and he was able to come even earlier than our original time slot. We were pleased to meet Sales Manager, Paul, concerning our 49 year old garage doors. He gave us his honest advice and genuine opinion on our doors which we appreciated. There was no pressure to buy new at this time so we have opted for service. Depending on the examination of our doors and recommendation of their service technician, we may opt for new.

Saw Tv ads. Was impressed by professional and large enough company that will be there. Call at 8 am when I discovered the main door opener no longer worked. Joe was here by 10 am and we had two new openers plus other fixes complete by 2 pm. Very efficient.

Precision Door Service was excellent. All my expectations were met, they were prompt, prices were good and the work was tops. The service tech curtis was awesome, he was very friendly, explained what he did and show us how to operator the new system. Last but not least he cleaned up after he was done with the work. Precision Door Service provided stellar service! They responded immediately to inspect our 20 yr old door that was having problems and devised a solution that was within budget to fix it. I appreciated that the technician (Mike) listened to our priorities and educated us on the door mechanics so we know what to keep an eye on going forward. Mike was extremely personal and helpful. We have used Precision Door Service before, and when our garage door opener stopped working, they were the Company we trusted to install a new opener. Our technician was Marcus and he was GREAT. He discussed the options available for a new unit and helped us make an informed decision. Once the new opener was installed, he made sure we understood how to program and use the keypads and car remotes. This is definitely a Company we feel comfortable referring others to.

I called Precision on a Friday spoke to Christy who was very pleasant and professional. Explained our situation and how we weren’t sure if we needed new garage doors or to just have an opener installed. She set up an appointment with Paul for the following Monday. Paul arrived at 10am and after looking over our doors, he assured us the doors were actually in great shape and should hold up for many more years, so we decided to proceed with checking out having just a door opener installed. Paul said he would call the office as soon as he left and they could set up a time for an inspection with technician. Within 5 mins of Paul leaving, I received a call from Christy, who had just got a call from Paul and said she could send their technician Brian out our way same day at 2pm, if that would work for us? Brian arrived on time and after doing a thorough inspection and discussing some options, we decided to go ahead with having the door opener installed. He said he keeps his truck loaded with supplies so lo and behold, he was prepared to do the job right then if we wanted him to proceed. What a pleasant surprise. You bet we were ready! After completing the job, he took the time to show us everything he did and answer all of our questions. Everything was wrapped up by 4pm and we could not have asked for better service. From Christy on the phones, to Paul’s helpful ideas, to the quick response and arrival of the very competent, efficient and friendly Brian completing the work. What a great team~and great company. I highly recommend any and all from Precision Garage Door! Thank you Brian for sharing your knowledge and really helping us understand the process.
