After seeing your ad on TV, it reminded me of all the garage door companies that had come to fix a problem but were unsuccessful. I called Precision and got an appointment for the next day. The representatives were wonderful. They listened and answered all my question. They found the problem and I am now so happy and appreciative - 200% satisfied. I would recommend to my friends, neighbors and to any new customer that Precision be considered first choice in garage door repairs.

From point of first contact this was a terrific experience. Hayden provided options and had everything he needed to complete the job. He took my noisy 28 year old door, and had it humming when he left. Springs, drums, rollers and a new opener. He worked alone and he worked hard. He finished in 4.5 hours and I’m thrilled. We chose Precision after reading sooo many absolutely wonderful online reviews! Joe Isla arrived early and after thoroughly examining our rickety 27-year old opener, helped us choose the perfect new opener. He worked soooo diligently and soooo quickly and then patiently showed us how everything worked and he even took time to program the new opener into our Volvo! Wonderful, friendly, incredibly smart and amazingly speedy tech who left us with a terrific, QUIET new garage door opener and showed us how everything works. Ten star review!

Our garage door springs broke as we were about to leave for vacation. I called Precision and they were able to get us in early the next day. Jason our tech was amazing! He showed up early, had excellent communication, educated us on the multiple issues we had. We opted to get a whole new door opener, springs, hardware. (Our old garage opener was 21 years old and we have an oversized garage door.) We were extremely impressed and have already referred a neighbor to Precision.

Over the weekend our garage door opener refused to work after 15 years of faithful service. We were able to call Precision Garage Door Service on Saturday and arrange for a service call on Monday morning. Early Monday morning, Brian arrived at our home and greeted us with a beautiful smile and attitude of getting us back to normal. Brian did a thorough inspection with the news that our old garage door opener was "Kaput" after many years of use. After explaining our options and various ways we could address our situation, we selected to purchase a new modern overhead garage door opener with LED features, new fobs, and the ability to program the opener via our phones. Brian was able to remove our old system in a flash and install our new equipment without delays or having to obtain additional parts. Brian was a professional technician with a can-do attitude. Brian explained the equipment, service, warranties, and helped us program the new opener to our existing outdoor code pad, vehicles, and mobile phones. We cannot thank Brian enough for all he did for us. Brian, my wife and I along with Ms. Abby thank you again for all you did for us. You are the BEST!

I knew of Precision from local advertising and an excellent review. I called around 4:30pm on a Thursday and they came the next day. The technician was professional and very knowledgeable. The repairs were done in a very timely manner and a very good cleanup was done. There was also a 10 year warranty for my repair.

I called Precision on a Friday spoke to Christy who was very pleasant and professional. Explained our situation and how we weren’t sure if we needed new garage doors or to just have an opener installed. She set up an appointment with Paul for the following Monday. Paul arrived at 10am and after looking over our doors, he assured us the doors were actually in great shape and should hold up for many more years, so we decided to proceed with checking out having just a door opener installed. Paul said he would call the office as soon as he left and they could set up a time for an inspection with technician. Within 5 mins of Paul leaving, I received a call from Christy, who had just got a call from Paul and said she could send their technician Brian out our way same day at 2pm, if that would work for us? Brian arrived on time and after doing a thorough inspection and discussing some options, we decided to go ahead with having the door opener installed. He said he keeps his truck loaded with supplies so lo and behold, he was prepared to do the job right then if we wanted him to proceed. What a pleasant surprise. You bet we were ready! After completing the job, he took the time to show us everything he did and answer all of our questions. Everything was wrapped up by 4pm and we could not have asked for better service. From Christy on the phones, to Paul’s helpful ideas, to the quick response and arrival of the very competent, efficient and friendly Brian completing the work. What a great team~and great company. I highly recommend any and all from Precision Garage Door! Thank you Brian for sharing your knowledge and really helping us understand the process.
