Super pleased with our new garage door opener and keypad install. Robert was our installer can't say enough kind words. He was very personable, courteous, answered all our questions and explained in detail how it all worked. Thankyou Robert job well done! I will definitely recommend Precision garage door to all.

All of my two experiences with Precision have been more than satisfactory. The most recent involved a repair needed because of impact on a garage door. I was able to make the service call appointment easily online. The technician arrived within the window, and provided a specific ETA via text before arrival. I took the opportunity to have an inspection of all of the three doors, which was overdue. Jackson, the technician, was able to repair the door without replacing any parts and without leaving any of the original cosmetic damage. He did remark that we were lucky to have such a successful repair. I wish that were true about the car that hit the door. I decided to replace the springs and bearings on all of the doors after Jackson’s assessment. Jackson was affable, knowledgeable about our system, very practical, and very patient and thorough with explanations. He distinguished between the parts of the garage doors that were cheap and those that were of high-quality. He did not claim that we needed any replacements or upgrades. He did not try to upsell us either based on the repair or on the maintenance inspection. He provided various estimate scenarios so we could choose what, if anything, to replace, and among the component options. I have no ability to comment on relative cost other than we were given options relating to quality of materials and warranty.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The office manager/ receptionist who handled my initial phone call was friendly, professional, and made the process incredibly seamless. Their TV advertisement is 100% spot on! They do offer same-day service! I made my phone call at 2:10 pm on Friday afternoon and by 3:45, Luke (service technician) pulled into my driveway. Very impressive! He was knowledgeable, professional, quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my garage door. Everything is now working perfectly. Great customer service, fast response time and excellent work. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone garage door repair service!

Our garage door stopped working around 1145 and David H to check our garage. He gave us options on how to do the garage and was very knowledgeable about what needs to be done.We chose to overhaul our garage and he was able to fix our garage door in an hour. He was also able to impart information on what work was done to the garage door. He also showed me how to maintain it, and when to call them (we chose to get the option with 10 year warranty. We are happy that our garage door is fixed and is not loud anymore.

Our garage door springs broke and the manual release broke on our garage door making it impossible to open the garage door. Robert R. came out on Saturday morning and fixed the garage door for us. He was very friendly and professional. Thank you Robert for a great job!

Outstanding service. We called at 4:30pm on a Friday afternoon, Chuck was here by 6pm and work was completed by 7pm. No service or late day fee!! Chuck Hunt was professional, polite and resolved our issue quickly. We could see the spring on the door was broken, he examined all parts and made recommendations. He reviewed 3 options for us, answered questions and explained each option. This is the 2nd time we've used Precision, we wouldn't use any other service.

Nick was amazing. I needed extra garage door openers for everyone that we have coming and going, and we had a bolt that would occasionally come loose and we would have to re-screw it into place. Nick came out, same day, I got 2 new openers - he programmed them, he added an additional nut to keep the other nut from coming loose, AND he helped to set up the App on my phone and make sure that homelink wasn’t available on any of our vehicles so he could help to program those as well. Very thorough, super friendly service. Could not recommend highly enough :)

Beau came out to service my existing garage door. One of the sensors was out. Due to the age of my motor and garage door system, Beau recommended a replacement of the motor system. Although it was not what I wanted to do, based on the age of it, it made sense. Beau completed it in a timely fashion and showed me everything I needed to know about it. We have an very old plywood garage door. A couple of rollers were missing and one fell out on Christmas Eve. I called a couple places to get a quote over the phone and schedule for repair ( I assumed the day after Christmas). To my surprise, Precision Garage Door Service not only gave me a reasonable quote, but when I asked them when we could schedule the repair, they said how about 2 to 4 hours from now. Wow! Just like their TV commercials.... Our technician Chuck Hunt was extremely pleasant and provided us with a lot of information. It is clear we really need new garage doors and openers, however there was no high pressure sales, just clear basic information. Please send Chuck again, when we do decide to have new doors installed.

We were very satisfied with the diagnostics and service provided by Brian and Andrew today. They gave detailed transparent explanations for what was needed and provided several options we could choose from. Diagnosis and repairs were completed within a couple of hours, including replacing springs & rollers, servicing and adjusting the door, and reattaching the door frame to the house. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Andrew was great from start to finish. He called in advance with his ETA. Upon arrival he explained that he would take 20 minutes to fully examine the whole system. After his review he showed pictures of where my opener was either broken or damaged. He then gave me 3 written estimates from bandaid to complete fix. He didn’t pressure me at all. I chose the complete repair and he stayed overtime to complete the job. If I could give 6 stars I would.
