We were pleased to meet Sales Manager, Paul, concerning our 49 year old garage doors. He gave us his honest advice and genuine opinion on our doors which we appreciated. There was no pressure to buy new at this time so we have opted for service. Depending on the examination of our doors and recommendation of their service technician, we may opt for new.

Saw Tv ads. Was impressed by professional and large enough company that will be there. Call at 8 am when I discovered the main door opener no longer worked. Joe was here by 10 am and we had two new openers plus other fixes complete by 2 pm. Very efficient.

Precision Door Service was excellent. All my expectations were met, they were prompt, prices were good and the work was tops. The service tech curtis was awesome, he was very friendly, explained what he did and show us how to operator the new system. Last but not least he cleaned up after he was done with the work. Precision Door Service provided stellar service! They responded immediately to inspect our 20 yr old door that was having problems and devised a solution that was within budget to fix it. I appreciated that the technician (Mike) listened to our priorities and educated us on the door mechanics so we know what to keep an eye on going forward. Mike was extremely personal and helpful. We have used Precision Door Service before, and when our garage door opener stopped working, they were the Company we trusted to install a new opener. Our technician was Marcus and he was GREAT. He discussed the options available for a new unit and helped us make an informed decision. Once the new opener was installed, he made sure we understood how to program and use the keypads and car remotes. This is definitely a Company we feel comfortable referring others to.

Super impressed with the level of service provided by Joe and Precision! I used the online chat feature to schedule my appt which was so convenient; nice to not have to make a phone call! I was able to get in same day, and he even called to see if he could come earlier as he had finished his previous job ahead of schedule. He repaired my garage door within an hour, was courteous and professional, explained what it needed and how it worked, and went over various options for repairs. I will definitely call Precision for any future garage door needs and won’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Loved the service. Problem resolved very quickly and enjoy service person David Pla. I had problems with your call center The person kept telling me I did not purchase the system in August 2012. But made an appointment for David to come out. David assured me I did purchase it after I provided a copy of the contract I received at the time of installation and my payment.
