We had two garage doors that needed service. Beau did a great job explaining what was needed and why. The quote for the service was reasonable. The installation of new garage door openers, springs and other needs were expertly done. His trainee, Teehee, was also polite and knowledgeable. Cleanup was done after job completion.

Jackson came to resolve some issues another company left un-resolved. It was apparent Precision Garage Door Service trains their people properly to resolve any issues that you may face. I was so impressed with their service I also had them replace my older garage openers with new side mount openers. When they were finished all of the original issues were resolved and the doors ran quietly and efficiently. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Same day service. David was great. I was expecting to have to replace the entire door but David said "I can fix that" He had everything he needed with him and got the job done on the same visit. Exceptional service. From the outside you cannot tell how badly damaged the door was.

Our experience today was terrific. Hayden was prompt, polite, and efficient. He figured out the problem right away and then discussed options. I talked to him about other things we did not like about the garage door openers that came with our house. Based on all of that we chose to upgrade both doors. He explained everything very clearly. Our garage door broke on the hottest day we have had this year. Robert Ruffin came out to help us out. He checked everything over and then gave us a list of options we could go with which was great. We opted for a new opener since ours was about 30 years old. He gave us choices and then proceeded to install the new one. It is fantastic. He walked us thru the operational sequence of how the door and all of the new buttons all worked and made sure we understood them all. He was just awesome, polite and very helpful to us. My neighbor already asked for his card. I would use him again anytime!

My garage wouldn't open last night at 9pm. The emergency handle wouldn't work. I checked on Better Business Bureau and found Precision Garage with a very high score and had seen their commercials on TV. I made a next day appointment and was scheduled between 11-1pm. The technician, Colby, called me at 9:45am telling me that he could be there at 10:30. He came and inspected the garage and ask me questions on if I had the garage doors serviced before. Told him no. He did his inspections and quote me different quotes. Answered my questions and gave me information on what his aassessment is. He has all the parts in his truck. I installed a new motor because the old one was making noises and he told me that it will need to be ordered. He replaced the motor and the rollers and springs for me. After he was done, he told me what he did and such. Gave me a tour of the garage motor. Told me to get a garage door lubricant and spray it in the hinges to help with the lubrication of the hinges. He gave me his business card and told me if there are any questions to call and let him know. He even told me what days he isn't working. Which is very helpful. It gives me comfort to know I can always call him or the office if needed.

My wife and I could not be happier with your repair service technicians Brian (supervisor) and Jackson (trainee). We found them both to be very knowledgeable , courteous and friendly. They called to let us know they would be arriving ahead of our scheduled time. They examined both of our garage doors and gave us expert recommendations for the necessary repairs on our doors. They presented us with costs for the optional repairs. After we agreed to which repairs we wanted they began work immediately. Brian and Jackson answered all our question as they worked on the repairs. We were pleasantly surprised they had all necessary parts and supplies with them. They thoroughly checked all their work and operation of the doors upon completion of the job. The entire job took less than two hours start to finish. We called Precision for a minor (we thought) replacement of a worn bottom rubber bumper on our double garage door. Precision scheduled a technician within two hours. Service tech, Beau, assessed the situation, found a failed edge hinge we were not aware of. He talked with us about repair options, gave us reasonable detailed estimates, efficiently replaced the damaged part and installed other hinges carefully. We appreciated Beau's friendly manner, technical know-how, clear communication and providing us a range of options. And, yes, the bottom rubber bumper was replaced too. Recommend Precision most highly.

Easy scheduling via PGDS web site, with quick response times and reasonable appointment windows available. Notified prior to arrival and as as job progressed. Assessed problems and given options for repair. Tech was very courteous and professional. Repair completed same day in less than expected time with better than expected results. Only down side is that it was more expensive than I had anticipated.

Beau was an awesome, courteous, professional technician. He determined what was malfunctioning on my old unit and was able to install a new garage door opener in an hour.
