An amazing job! A friendly guy came out and gave us an estimate for two garage doors w/frosted glass. It was scheduled about 6 weeks out, which i wished was earlier, but they came on the day they said, and did a perfect job. They took out everything related to the old garage doors, rails, opener, electronics, etc, and put in all new hardware including seals. The new opener is super quiet and i love the look of the doors. Thank you.

Luke was exceptional. He came the same day I called (he was a little delayed, but called to let me know), he assessed our needs and did the installation of a new garage door opener and updated our running hardware on the spot. He had almost everything we needed on his truck. He needed a few extra parts, and one of his colleagues came by to drop them off. Everything was done in a matter of hours on the same day as the initial call. I'm sure I could have gotten a cheaper price, but the service and timeliness were worth it. And Luke is a very affable and capable guy. I would definitely use these folks again.

Estimator Paul was here as promised, very professional and courteous, very knowledgeable about their products. I am having a new garage door installed to replace the current 26 yr old door. I called at 6 PM Thursday night, and had a tech here at 8:30 Friday morning. Brad was absolutely wonderful!! He was professional, kind, explained everything well and was done within 3 hours. He left our garage exactly how he found it which was much appreciated! He worked around all the projects going on in the garage with no complaints. I would without a doubt recommend this company to anyone looks for garage door needs!

Found Precision through a Google search and after comparing prices and reviews I decided to go with them. Glad I did. I needed a torsion spring replaced and an upgrade on a garage door opener. I want to thank Joe Igla for his excellent customer service! He was here fast and on time. He was very professional yet personable. He took the time to explain what was wrong and how it needed to be fixed and gave me three options so I could choose what would fit my financial capabilities. When he needed to add parts for an unforeseen problem, he spoke with me first and explained why. For someone who was working on a holiday, he had the best attitude! Cheerful, courteous, honest and kind! I only wish there were more young people out there with his attitude and work ethic-how refreshing! Highly recommend this company. My garage door was not closing properly. Hunter from Precision came out and spent more than hour fixing my door. He is such a nice young man, professional, explained what the issue was and discussed going forward the things I should be looking for to maintain proper door maintenance. Brad came on time same day as my first call for a new garage door opener. Brad gave me a couple options and installed new opener and pad in a couple hours. He showed me how to use everything and to code optional remotes. Travis was learning and was a nice guy too! Very professional and I would for sure use Precision again! My new opener is so quiet and runs smooth!!
