The technician was efficient and polite. My only complaint is that your technicians should be trained NOT to ASK to punch the code in for the customer, but let the customer punch it in themselves discreetly. I did this for my daughter who experienced a traumatic home break in a few years ago. Security is paramount!! Oh, and I'm not sure why my debit card was not swiped or inserted for the card read. He punched in the numbers individually. Strange.

We recently moved into our home and when the garage door wouldn’t close we called Precision for help. Ted showed up early and quickly assessed the issue and identified options for us. I called Precision Garage Door Opener Repair of Portland on a Saturday evening and a technician, Andrew, came out the next morning to repair my garage door opener. He assessed my garage door opener, gave me the results, recommendation and estimates. After I consented to the repair, he repaired it with new parts and within an hour, my garage door opener was functioning again! Andrew was professional, friendly and timely. I highly recommend them!

The technician, David, called to alert us and arrived on time. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. He thoroughly accessed the problem, answered all of my questions, provided several repair options and promptly fixed our garage door. The invoice was completely itemized and easy to understand.
