We called Precision for a minor (we thought) replacement of a worn bottom rubber bumper on our double garage door. Precision scheduled a technician within two hours. Service tech, Beau, assessed the situation, found a failed edge hinge we were not aware of. He talked with us about repair options, gave us reasonable detailed estimates, efficiently replaced the damaged part and installed other hinges carefully. We appreciated Beau's friendly manner, technical know-how, clear communication and providing us a range of options. And, yes, the bottom rubber bumper was replaced too. Recommend Precision most highly.

Easy scheduling via PGDS web site, with quick response times and reasonable appointment windows available. Notified prior to arrival and as as job progressed. Assessed problems and given options for repair. Tech was very courteous and professional. Repair completed same day in less than expected time with better than expected results. Only down side is that it was more expensive than I had anticipated.

Beau was an awesome, courteous, professional technician. He determined what was malfunctioning on my old unit and was able to install a new garage door opener in an hour. Of course the garage door breaks on a Sunday morning. Made an online appointment for the same day, and the tech was there is about 90 minutes. Springs were replaced, new key pad and additional remotes programmed within another 90 minutes. Robert was friendly and professional. Excellent experience!

Colby Diaz immediately diagnosed the problem with our new garage door system and fixed the problem. He was very thorough, went step by step back through the installation process, and made the necessary adjustments so that the problem would not recur. He then repeatedly tested the door with the inside wall-mounted keypad, the outside keypad, and the remotes. He was friendly and professional. When you call for an appointment, don’t waste time, just ask for Colby.

Called Precision when the spring broke on my garage. They gave me a quote over the phone when I called and had me scheduled within minutes, and then someone was at my house within in hour! They sent confirmation immediately and provided details (and picture) about the technician. The technician (Scott) was super nice, communicative, and efficient. They stayed true to the quoted rate. I’d highly recommend Precision Door Services. They live up to their TV ads with professional, knowledgeable and courteous staff. Brian was my repair technician. He was professional, and polite and went over all my options to fix the door as well as replace old worn parts. I chose to take care of additional items beyond just the broken parts for peace of mind and to avoid any other issues in the near future. Brian had all parts replaced and the door working again within the 2 hour work window that was scheduled. I appreciated that his work van was stocked well and he could fix everything with one visit. When Brian was finished he went over annual maintenance to keep the door operating at peak performance. Much appreciated!

I have used Precision on a few occasions now. The latest was for an issue I was having with the wall mounted garage door opener. I called and got an appointment for the next day. The technician got here and took a look and had it resolved in 15 minutes and let me know what he had done and he also did some other checks to make sure everything looked good. Great customer service and I would highly recommend them.

I am very pleased with "precision" from start to finish. David the tech called me with a courtesy call prior to the end of the schedule window to explain he was held back on the previous job and would give me another call when he was on his way, in which he did and gave me a really close estimate as to when he would arrive. Once he arrived I explained what I wanted to have done, Then after he looked at the unit he told me everything I needed to know. I will be calling you folks again if I ever need garage work done.
