The guys came last minute and fixed my springs and installed a new garage door opener. Very nice walked me through the new garage door opener. Luke was super nice. He said once i get my in car garage remote fixed give him a call and he will walk me through setting it up.

An amazing job! A friendly guy came out and gave us an estimate for two garage doors w/frosted glass. It was scheduled about 6 weeks out, which i wished was earlier, but they came on the day they said, and did a perfect job. They took out everything related to the old garage doors, rails, opener, electronics, etc, and put in all new hardware including seals. The new opener is super quiet and i love the look of the doors. Thank you.

Luke was exceptional. He came the same day I called (he was a little delayed, but called to let me know), he assessed our needs and did the installation of a new garage door opener and updated our running hardware on the spot. He had almost everything we needed on his truck. He needed a few extra parts, and one of his colleagues came by to drop them off. Everything was done in a matter of hours on the same day as the initial call. I'm sure I could have gotten a cheaper price, but the service and timeliness were worth it. And Luke is a very affable and capable guy. I would definitely use these folks again.

I called at 6 PM Thursday night, and had a tech here at 8:30 Friday morning. Brad was absolutely wonderful!! He was professional, kind, explained everything well and was done within 3 hours. He left our garage exactly how he found it which was much appreciated! He worked around all the projects going on in the garage with no complaints. This was my second experience with Precision Door. One of my springs broke yesterday and was under warranty from years ago. Precision sent their man this morning to get me patched up, not even 24 hours after my call. Sean was very knowledgeable and efficient. He answered all of my questions and offered some solicited advice. I'm very glad I have Precision Door in my corner now and in the future to keep my garage door working properly.
