Brad came on time same day as my first call for a new garage door opener. Brad gave me a couple options and installed new opener and pad in a couple hours. He showed me how to use everything and to code optional remotes. Travis was learning and was a nice guy too! Very professional and I would for sure use Precision again! My new opener is so quiet and runs smooth!!

Our garage door motor quit working. We contacted Precision Door in the morning and they were able to come out the same day to replace it. The technician was very friendly and had everything he needed on-site to get the job done quickly! Very highly recommended!

My 20-year old garage door opener was working intermittently because the motor was shorting out. It had to be replaced. Hunter came out within an hour of my call, diagnosed the problem and was able to replace it immediately. The new one is so quiet and it has a battery backup in case of a power outage.

Travis did a great job. He showed up on time giving me a call to let me know he was on his way. He assessed the issue with my Genie garage door opener and explained what was failing with it. Travis provided three options for repair (repair current opener, replace with a new opener, or replace with the best opener). We went with fixing the current one. That was done very quickly even though he admitted he had never worked on this type of issue on a screw drive before. He finished his inspection of the entire garage door, tracks, and system to ensure all worked as intended. The opener worked and was quieter than I have heard it before. Travis left me with an invoice that included reasonable estimates for replacing the opener with the two new opener options and even provided a discount if I called within a few months. I had mentioned my interest in the near future but needed the garage door to work now in the most affordable way. Travis is great and this is the second time using Precision with the same outcome. Will use again.

Our garage door is 12 feet tall and the technician wasn't able to take care of the issue but he did recommend a company that handle the industrial size doors. He also fixed us up with another remote for our house garage doors and programed it for us. He was very courteous and helpful.

Called Precision Door Services and they were able to send a technician out same day!!! Needed to have garage door springs replaced and had some other things done at the same time. The technician was really terrific and fixed everything that needed to be done. Was very happy with his work and the difference in our garage door!!!!

Our house is for sale and we had a showing sometime between 1:30 - 2:30 PM. About 9:00 AM a cable on our garage door caught on one of our cars and pulled the top metal off our garage door and somehow broke/ruined the springs. I tried calling a couple of garage door repair places, and Precision was to first to offer to try to get someone here ASAP. While even that was not until well after noon, Luke, the repair person got right to work and had it all fixed by 2:00 PM, just as people showed up. Door looks and work fine now! Really, really appreciate the quick fix! We will definitely use Precision if we ever need help again!

Brad was very professional; he arrived as scheduled, spoke to me about the condition of the garage door, made the repairs efficiently and helped out with a problem with another door as well. He explained the problem with the door he had just repaired and gave me instructions for its use, as well as checked the availability of a comparable door and times for installation. I was very pleased with his work, especially in light of the fact that I had had problems with another garage door repair company.

I received excellent service and pricing. I selected Precision because I had just seen an ad on TV. They worked with me to get the price at a level I could afford and I really appreciated that. They were here the next morning and quickly finished the repair. They also provided an inspection and estimate so I can have additional work done when I can afford it.
