I used your company before and was satisfied with the product. My experience today was very good. The technician actually showed up ahead of schedule by two or three minutes as he said he would. He was very thorough and explaining what he wanted to do. He did a very nice job and completed within the schedule time that he allowed. I would recommend your company to any others that are thinking about having some Garage door issues repaired.

Just paid for the service charges $75.00 . The tech want to replace one panel for garage door for $1,400.00 which he said can't repair or replace new garage door for $2,800.00 . And will adjust a left loose cable for $285.00 more. Luckily I didn't fall on this trap. This morning one company came to repair the door, replaced the strut enforcer, replaced two cables, adjusted the door tension, replaced my new rollers for $450.00 .

I called Precision because my garage opener clicker was glitching and I wanted to be proactive and what a great decision! David Heath came out and talked new garage door openers. Who knew what an interesting subject. Ultimately I decided, due to the age of my current opener (2008), I wanted to upgrade to a new opener. David went to work. Within an hour I had a new space age Liftmaster installed with two new clickers, keypad, and garage opener button; and bonus it has a camera. David tested and confirmed all were in working order and then explained everything to me. I didn't start my day thinking I would be getting a new fancy garage door opener, but here we are. Super efficient and quiet opener and I would totally recommend Precision Garage Door Service and David

I had called 2 others, but no one answered. I had a loud squeaking noise as the door moved up and down. Trey came on time and did a safety check and said the moving parts of the door were worn and needed to be replaced. He also checked the garage opener and said there was some wear on it, but I didn't want to replace it as it was newer than the door and rails. He was very professional and did a quick and good complete job. I'm very happy with the service and his knowledge. Very happy with response. However, the problem came back later in the day as the temperature dropped, which your tech and I both thought was a possibility but couldn’t replicate after adjusting the track. I think the track needs to be more securely fixed at the bottom.

Joe Isla arrived early and after thoroughly examining our rickety 27-year old opener, helped us choose the perfect new opener. Our garage door springs broke as we were about to leave for vacation. I called Precision and they were able to get us in early the next day. Jason our tech was amazing! He showed up early, had excellent communication, educated us on the multiple issues we had. We opted to get a whole new door opener, springs, hardware. (Our old garage opener was 21 years old and we have an oversized garage door.) We were extremely impressed and have already referred a neighbor to Precision.
