Trey was my service technician and did a wonderful job from start to finish. My garage door had no maintenance done to it for over 15 years and needed all the moving parts replaced. It is now so much quieter and safer. He even left the can to oil the hinges and rollers every 6 mos. Trey was very prompt and efficient with everything being replaced in a couple hours. I highly recommend Trey and Precision.

My garage door had not had any maintenance for at least 15 yrs and was not able to close.Upon Trey’s recommendation many things were upgraded and replaced. My garage door is now much quieter and safe. Trey did an excellent job from beginning to end. He was a good communicator, prompt and efficient. I highly recommend Trey and Precision. I liked the 5 year warranty. The rollers, springs and cables were replaced and all hinges lubricated. And Trey gave me the lubricant to maintain the parts.

Received a text with the technician's name about 30 minutes prior to the time of the appointment and a call shortly after that. Trey was on time, pleasant and knowledgeable. Gave me some choices on repair, got approval and did the repairs in the estimated time of about an hour. We confirmed the garage door operated properly. Very happy with the work. Their work is fine but they are way, way, overpriced. The installers are pretty clearly on commission and are constantly trying to upsell and push the most expensive option. My installer 'accidentally' loaded up the more expensive installer when it was time to sign. Personally in the future I will look elsewhere.

Great service! I love it when service companies show up on time, as promised and the job started with Trey doing just that. He then proceeded to diagnose the problem I had while checking on the integrity of the twin garage doors. I knew they needed work and he confirmed that.
