My garage door had not had any maintenance for at least 15 yrs and was not able to close.Upon Trey’s recommendation many things were upgraded and replaced. My garage door is now much quieter and safe. Trey did an excellent job from beginning to end. He was a good communicator, prompt and efficient. I highly recommend Trey and Precision. I liked the 5 year warranty. The rollers, springs and cables were replaced and all hinges lubricated. And Trey gave me the lubricant to maintain the parts.

I called to make the appointment at nearly 9pm for service the next morning. Received a text with the technician's name about 30 minutes prior to the time of the appointment and a call shortly after that. Trey was on time, pleasant and knowledgeable. Gave me some choices on repair, got approval and did the repairs in the estimated time of about an hour. We confirmed the garage door operated properly. Very happy with the work. I would recommend this company.

Great service! I love it when service companies show up on time, as promised and the job started with Trey doing just that. He then proceeded to diagnose the problem I had while checking on the integrity of the twin garage doors. I knew they needed work and he confirmed that. I accepted his reasonable quote and he got the whole job done on both doors within two hours. Great service, thank you!

We had been having some issues with our garage door not opening and closing right. I called Precision and they sent out a technician the same day. Our technician was Trey and he came right on time and was friendly, knowledgeable and did the safety inspection, lubricated the door and diagnosed the problem and fixed it for a fair price. The safety eyes at the bottom of the door needed to be repositioned as the sun was affecting their ability to work together. I also had an issue with my older classic Mercedes garage door opener not working with the new garage door opener. If a vehicle is pre 2013 due to changes in how the signal operates it may be that I just have to use the hand opener which works fine. Trey promised a call back from one of their senior techs on this issue later today which is fine.

Trey Hornbuckle from Precision Garage Door Service was simply fantastic. He explained everything very well and completed a thorough Safety Inspection. Service was next day. They did a safety check and got to root cause of noise and door not closing issue. Changed one of my springs and install new tube all in warranty and I had to pay nothing. Service was excellent and Trey the technician was fabulous. Customer service was above par and they resolved my issue and everything else above in under an hour!

The previous garage door company that I had used no longer serviced this area and the precision advertising jingle got stuck in my head, so I called to have my door repaired, Same Day service as advertised, the technician, Trey was on time and quickly diagnosed the problem, HE explained to me the services and cost to repair my garage door.
