I was lucky enough to have a technician at my house the same day, 1.5 hours after I called. I had a spring break, but my spring, garage door opener and wheels were 20 years old, so I went with the Best option available with the longer warranty. Had never used your company before but but was drawn to you by TV commercials. Jason arrived within the 2 hour window I was given. He courteous and knowledgeable of my situation. Explained the repairs that should be made and suggested a new door opener along with the costs. I declined the new opener because of the cost. He made the other repairs and adjustments very quickly and left.
