Garage door spring broke (in 2 places!). Called Precision ~2:30pm. Sam Moan showed up about an hour later. Explained what had to be done and completed work in about an hour. Great job! Quick, efficient and affordable. I highly recommend Precision Door Service!

I was very hesitant to hire Precision. I thought that with all of their advertising presence that they would be all promises and no follow through. I was very wrong. Robert called and apologized for being late. He wasn't late at all, just in the middle of the arrival window. Robert gave us many options, without pressure to choose one. He got the work done in a timely manner. We have had other repairs done, but this is the first time our garage door has really worked well.

To say I’m impressed with Precision Garage Door is a huge understatement! They helped my parents who have health problems and are on a fixed income. The door needed to be replaced. Cody Moss came out and met with my father, and gifted him with their “Pay it Forward” program which knocked nearly 75% off the cost of the door replacement! They also installed a door opener he received as a gift, but it hadn’t been installed yet. I had to do some repairs to prep the door frame for the install, and Cody, Alvin and Marco came back and Marco quickly got the new door and opener installed within a few days after the repair was complete. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to all those involved in making this possible for my parents. Cody was amazing to work with, and made himself available whenever we had a question or concern. Thank you to Cody, Marco, Alvin and everyone else at Precision Garage Door who made this possible!!

Precision had a technician to my home the same day that I contacted them. The technician laid out three options for me to consider. Once I selected the work to be done he went about the task of not only repairing the garage door but making it better than it was originally. In addition he removed some parts that had been left from a home repair of the door, Would highly recommend this company.

We experienced some issues with our garage door opener remote and keypad. Joe, the technician, came over promptly. He is friendly, delightful, professional, and efficient. Within less than 20 minutes he fixed the issues. In addition, he recommended that we had the 30-year-old rollers replaced. He was able to do the replacement quickly as well. All in all, we had a wonderful experience with the repair/replacement work, appreciate the senior discount, and we would recommend Precision Door Service of Portland to our family, neighbors, and friends.
