Brian and Bryan did a great job today, repairing our garage door. The retention springs broke, and Brian determined that the proper springs were not installed. They also found our cables were severely worn as well. The door has never operated as well as it does after Precision performed the proper upgrades! They provide a great warranty package and stand behind their work. I was able to go online over the weekend and select the time and date that worked for me, and they arrived right on time! I highly recommend Precision for any Garage door repair or replacement!

I was extremely impressed with all aspects of the service. The technician, Pen, was timely, professional, and he demonstrated great technical and communication skills. My expectations were exceeded! The problem was solved and then Pen went above and beyond to fix a similar installation shortcut on the 2nd garage door. Pen was courteous and professional at all times - exemplary Tech! Pen was extremely helpful and got down to business to fix my issue. Having a BBB rated service for the Camas Washougal area is important. I am a repeat customer and would give Precision 6 stars if that was an option!

Brandon came out early and got my garage door working great. He changed the rollers and the spring, reprogramed my outside remote and programmed my 2nd remote so I didn’t have to move the first one from one car to my other car. He was totally professional and made my door open and close a lot quieter.

Great service all around. From the person I chatted with on Friday night to getting an appt first thing Saturday morning. We had a tension cable come off the drum on one side and the door was bound up. Technician Nick showed up on time and used some very tricky methods working around a vintage vehicle that couldn’t be moved to replace parts, rewind the springs, and get the door functional again. He answered all my questions in a very friendly, personable way and gave me estimates on options for future improvements to consider for our 25-year-old door. Joe I. came out on a Saturday to help us with our garage door. He gave us an arrival window of between 8am - 10 am and arrived shortly after 8. He identified the problem with the and had it fixed in an hour. I would definitely recommend him if you need help with your garage door!

Simply the BEST. On a weekend and the old garage door bites the dust! Precision Door came to our rescue ready to solve the problem. Joe was at our door just an hour after we reached out to them for assistance and he was ready to handle our garage door opener issue immediately. We have used Precision in the past and Joe was our technician then as well. Today’s visit was somewhat more involved but he handled everything in a very timely and professional manner, start to finish. The new Liftmaster Wall Mounted opener is a significant update to our garage door system was obviously the best choice for our home. I would most highly recommend Precision Door and our technician Joe when you need expert service delivered on time at a very competitive price.

Our garage door spring snapped on a Saturday afternoon. I called our home warranty company who referred me to a company that could not come out to fix it for a week! I don’t know why I didn’t call Precision from the get-go; we’ve used them before and have always been happy with their service. Joe was out the next day! Not only did he do the repair, but contacted his manager to research our account to find that we had gotten our springs through them years ago so the warranty covered it! We only had to pay for the service call, half of what a service call with our home warranty would have cost! Don’t even go anywhere else… these guys are the best!

My garage door would not close all of the way. I called Precision and a repair person ( Brian) came the same day. He fixed the problem and even blew out the garage to clean it. He was very nice and friendly. Great to work with Thanks
