I had not heard of Precision before calling but was very happy I found them. The spring on my 2-car garage door broke mid-day on Saturday leaving me stuck at home with both cars in the garage. I found Precision on the web, talked to a live dispatcher and had someone out to look at it in about 3 hours. Given the rapid response I fully expected to pay a premium for the service but was pleasantly surprised to find that Precision charges standard (and reasonable!) rates. My repair person presented additional options beyond just repairing the springs but I got no sense of being pressured or upsold. I was very happy with the whole experience and would definitely use Precision again and recommend to others.

Our garage door opening/closing function completely gave out, broke less than 24 hours ago, with no way possible to get my car out. This company not only were able fix/replace what was an old 15 yr old lift-master, but replaced it with one that has smart technology (that I never even knew existed! Lol), connects to an app with safety features as well as Amazon Prime for deliveries right to my garage! And did I mention it is soooo quiet when it opens/closes! We received the best service from Luke & Nick and received this quick, knowledgeable and professional service all within 24 hours. Very happy with the outcome! And we enjoyed meeting Luke’s very friendly dog “Bear” too! ????

Absolutely excellent service, from the initial phone call to the completed work. Hunter, the technician, was professional, courteous, and friendly. Precision Garage Door Service earned my 5 star rating by the way they handled the appointment and the actual service. Jesse took my call for an appointment and promptly made an appointment for the next day with the explanation that the diagnostic charge would be $49 and any service needed would be additional--very straight forward! Joe made the service call and notified me of his findings. He was very clear answering my questions and explaining how the sensors operate with the moter and the remote. After the repair I received another call confirming that everything was in working order. Very professional! Thank you!

Our garage door opener quit working in the early AM. Joe came out the same day, right on time, fixed the door in about an hour. I thought it would take a lot longer since it seemed like a pretty big repair/parts replacement, but he was quick and efficient. The door works better than it has since it was installed! We found Precision on Angie's List. Based on the reviews we saw, I called them at 8 a.m., and Joe was there by 1:30. He was done by 3:30, replacing our broken springs and lifting bracket. He was friendly and knew his stuff. We were very pleased.
