Great service and outstanding technicians. Luke called me roughly 15-20 minutes prior to his arrival. He was on time. He accessed the issue with my door quickly and did a great job in correcting the problem. He also adjusted the tension spring on the door and adjusted my garage door belt. Great job all the way around. Would highly recommend Precision Door to anyone looking for a great product, backed by fantastic service!

My garage door was pretty jacked up from the day we bought our house. I had been putting off the door because of price fears and laziness. The door finally jammed and I knew I was long over due. Made a phone call to Precision and they had me on the schedule the next day. So the next day has arrived and I was called a few hours early to let me know the techs arrival would hit the middle of my two hour window. It was accurate! The gents that showed up were professional and explained to me the options I had and their recommendations. I chose the more expensive route knowing I had neglected my door for years and I wanted some extra parts replaced. I really appreciated the experience from the initial lady who answered the phone to the techs making the repairs. Awesome service!

I had not heard of Precision before calling but was very happy I found them. The spring on my 2-car garage door broke mid-day on Saturday leaving me stuck at home with both cars in the garage. I found Precision on the web, talked to a live dispatcher and had someone out to look at it in about 3 hours. Given the rapid response I fully expected to pay a premium for the service but was pleasantly surprised to find that Precision charges standard (and reasonable!) rates. My repair person presented additional options beyond just repairing the springs but I got no sense of being pressured or upsold. I was very happy with the whole experience and would definitely use Precision again and recommend to others.

Our garage door opening/closing function completely gave out, broke less than 24 hours ago, with no way possible to get my car out. This company not only were able fix/replace what was an old 15 yr old lift-master, but replaced it with one that has smart technology (that I never even knew existed! Lol), connects to an app with safety features as well as Amazon Prime for deliveries right to my garage! And did I mention it is soooo quiet when it opens/closes! We received the best service from Luke & Nick and received this quick, knowledgeable and professional service all within 24 hours. Very happy with the outcome! And we enjoyed meeting Luke’s very friendly dog “Bear” too! ????

Precision Garage Door Service earned my 5 star rating by the way they handled the appointment and the actual service. Jesse took my call for an appointment and promptly made an appointment for the next day with the explanation that the diagnostic charge would be $49 and any service needed would be additional--very straight forward! Joe made the service call and notified me of his findings. He was very clear answering my questions and explaining how the sensors operate with the moter and the remote. After the repair I received another call confirming that everything was in working order. Very professional! Thank you!

Our garage door opener quit working in the early AM. Joe came out the same day, right on time, fixed the door in about an hour. I thought it would take a lot longer since it seemed like a pretty big repair/parts replacement, but he was quick and efficient. The door works better than it has since it was installed! Our garage door spring snapped on a Saturday afternoon. I called our home warranty company who referred me to a company that could not come out to fix it for a week! I don’t know why I didn’t call Precision from the get-go; we’ve used them before and have always been happy with their service. Joe was out the next day! Not only did he do the repair, but contacted his manager to research our account to find that we had gotten our springs through them years ago so the warranty covered it! We only had to pay for the service call, half of what a service call with our home warranty would have cost! Don’t even go anywhere else… these guys are the best!
