Shawn Fernandez was at my house when he said he was going to be. He was professional and told me my options as to solving my problem. He wasn’t trying to push any option on me that wasn’t affordable. Great guy and definitely would refer him to anybody.

You guys are the best!!! We bought a top level garage door from you a few years back and requested a maintenance service call. Your technician, Hunter, was amazing!! He serviced the door and was very knowledgeable and extremely courteous. My old door opener was starting to get very noisy and was probably at the end of it's life cycle. Hunter advised us that it may last awhile or may go at any time and he advised us of our options on new openers. There was no pressure from him at all to buy and he answered all our questions and gave us several options if we decided to replace the opener. His professionalism was very impressive and reflected your company very well. As such, we decided to go with the best and had him install a new opener. As I say, You folks are the best out there!!! Thank you!!!

I chose Precision because you have your own technicians which I've found you get the most experience and responsible people..Our service man was a young fellow named Brian who my husband and I took an instant like to.First of all he took his time explaining what could be done for our garage door so we were able to make a good decision.
