Samuel Moan was very polite and courteous. He gave me a the option of two bids: one would take care of the immediate problem (but the problem might return) or the second option to replace the problematic keypad for the garage door opener. I went ahead and replaced the keypad. Sam was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Would recommend him to others.

We requested service on our two garage doors. The office staff was pleasant, courteous, and efficient. Within two hours of our call a technician arrived. Colby, from Precision, awesome. He was on-site to repair the original door. During his inspection, he mentioned that the opener motor and arm were "older" than he was, almost. (1999) I decided to replace the motor/arm and am glad we did. Much more efficient and no longer a concern about the old unit.

I had just had my house painted after 15 years and realized that my newly painted garage doors needed some trim and gasket repairs. I called PDS and they had a technician on site, Sam M. (amazing!) in 24 hours. My repairs were underway the next day and completed in the estimated 3 hours. I also had a new motor installed for a 3rd bay garage door that I hadn't been able to use since I moved in. Very fair pricing. Couldn't be happier with the attention to detail, the problem solving skills and the respectful and kind Sam M. I highly recommend PDS. It is the name you can trust !

Our service technician, Samuel Moan, contacted me with an estimated arrival time and actually arrived much sooner than expected. Sam introduced himself and started his inspection asking detailed questions regarding the problem we were experiencing. Once he understood the problem, he then tailored a resolution and provided various price points for my review. I chose a full fix with the 10yr warranty. Sam got to work and had our door operating in what seemed like no time at all. Very impressive! Throughout the process, Sam kept me up to date and explained the ‘where, why and how’ questions I had. As a real estate agent, I needed to get a new garage door system installed for my client. I went for three bids, and only one came in. I have been using Precision Door for years now. You call with a problem they always come out the same day. This time I had an issue with the door opening itself at all different times. I called and Joe came out and replaced the opener inside the garage and now jo mire phantom openings. He was very polite did good work. I now am going to have them replace my garage door.

Late last Saturday afternoon, I found that one of my garage opener’s springs was broken. I called Precision Garage Door and got an appointment the next day morning. The Technician Nick Rasley arrived on time and gave the system a thorough going over and report back to me with recommendations, prices and discounts of different levels of repairs. The options included replacing one spring, two springs, rollers, cables, … and the motor. Because the springs are seven years old and the motor is over twenty years old, I end up replacing the whole system. Now it runs smoothly the best I have ever seen. Precision Garage Door offers quick response, excellent technician, good price with discount and warranty.

Nick was friendly and professional. He replaced my garage door opener the same day in under two hours and went above and beyond by putting in the two bottom rollers that had been sitting on my shelf. Samuel was my technician and he was terrific! He was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He texted me to let me know he was on his way and then called as he got closer to provide a more specific ETA. My appointment was just to have an annual service on my garage door. I also had what I thought was a programming issue with the key pad so, once he arrived, I asked for assistance with that. Samuel quickly diagnosed that there was actually a problem with the key pad itself. Not directly related to my experience with Samuel, I want to say how much I appreciate receiving a photo of the technician who will be performing the work in advance of their coming to my home.

so glad we got our door fixed, they always advertise as same day but it was a couple of days with our garage door partially open before they could do it, The work was done and done very nice, A little expensive but i guess everything is nowdays i gave 5 stars because the work was done very professionally,
