Precision met my needs. I contacted them Thursday evening and Stephen Curtis was here first thing Friday morning. He was courteous, professional and polite. Ok, unusual for me as I dont do reviews, my theory is if you aren’t confident about your services, dont rely on me to fix it HOWEVER, That was not the case with this job. I give you 5 stars………..the weather was incredibly hot and this door was in direct sun so your installer Josh was adamant about getting the job done even though I mentioned it could be delayed until a morning install, however he decided to install. I would look to increase this guys salary because he was very conscientious and it looks like he did a great job under very difficult circumstances. That’s it, you got more out of me than most people but so far great job. As it was 98 plus in direct sun we did not program the keyless entry pad as I told him I would look into it later when cooler.

Even though I called after 5:00, they answered the phone. I explained my problem and they were able get out here next day. Service person was nicely a couple minutes early. He was able to repair in less than 15 minutes and set me up with an extra remote. They are the only company I would call. Five plus stars .

Joe was awesome! The window for him to be at my house was from 8-10am. He called me at 7:40am to say he was on his way. He got here right at 8:00am! My garage door stopped working on Thursday and he was here Saturday! Joe knew immediately what the problem was and fixed the faulty sensor wires on the spot! He was done by 8:25am. Very reasonably priced as well. Will definitely be using this company in the future! Thanks again Joe!!!!!!!

Called Precision based on reviews and advertisement. We were having intermittent door closing problems. Joe was our tech. He was very patient, and listened to the problem. After checking out the entire door, his diagnosis's was old door sensors The sensors were replaced with modern ones and the problem was solved. Great service!

Obtained an appointment the same day the spring of our garage door broke. They called before the appointment time, and were flexible when we needed a little extra time to be home for the appointment, which was during the two-hour window they had quoted. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and got the job done quickly.
