I’ve used Precision Garage Door multiple times on both the east and west coasts - both for door replacement and for repairs on older doors - and their service never fails to be top-notch. Friendly and extremely competent staff in all cases, and the work is always high quality. In this case Robert took a look at my old garage doors, gave me the options, and ended up doing a fantastic job repairing them to hold me over until new equipment is required. Spring broke on my 20+ year old garage door. Contacted Precision Garage Door Service and setup a next day service. Service Technician Joe Igla responded inspected the garage door and related hardware, and within an hour had the springs/bearings replaced. Joe didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, was very professional and friendly. The repair cost was reasonable and now my garage door is working like new. Three year warranty is an added plus. Spring broke on a Saturday night around 10 pm got online seen that your company was open on Sunday made a appointment online for Sunday morning and Colby Diaz came out and looked over my door and told me what i needed and how much for it to be done he was great with showing me everything about it and how to keep my whole garage door system in good working condition and was very pleasant to chat with would definitely recommend. Price i felt was great considering it was on a Sunday and 12 hours after the garage door was broken no complaints thank you

Wow! called Precision at 1300 yesterday for bid to replace old garage door opener. Joe, a very professional, friendly and installer arrived 45 min later. After we talked about what I was looking for, he assessed current set up, presented 4 or 5 options and price ranges to fit my budget and situation. To my surprise about 4 hours later, all done! (new openers, rollers, springs, outside lock boxes, etc) Workspace was left clean, he instructed us on how to use, answered all questions, I appreciated his sense of humor, job knowledge and eagerness to get the job done right. New openers are whisper quiet and smooth as butter, I highy recommend Precision, excellent customer service!!

We have currently had our home, new since 1992, and the 3 garage doors have been in service since then. I have had other garage door people service them. But, since Dec. 2024 I have had Precision service and maintain them. Today I had "Joe" replace all the rollers on the one door that gets used the most. Called in the afternoon, and he was here by 2:00pm. Courteous and knowledgeable, he completed the work very quickly and the door is almost new again. They are the best in the business.

I called Sunday morning to schedule an appointment to repair broken springs on my garage door. The appointment was scheduled same day on the Labor Day holiday weekend. Robert arrived, inspected the garage door and provided me a detailed estimate with options. I selected my choice and Robert began work. He was efficient, thourough, and quick. We called Precision Garage Door Service to come and fix our garage door that wouldn't go down. Precision sent Colby the same day and he was able to diagnose and repair it. He also replaced 10 rollers and adjusted the springs on two doors. The doors work great and are very quiet.
