The service tech (Joe) arrived exactly on time and quickly reviewed all potential options for our garage door. We definitely need a new opener system, he was ready with appropriate options. Once we selected the opener he immediately went to work removing the existing (failed 30 year old opener) and installing the new one. Joe's instructions on the new opener's use were excellent. For a little additional expense Joe completely replaced all rollers and bearings on the door to make the new opener more quiet and efficient. The best that door has operated in 20 years. Excellent customer service.

From my first contact, everyone was professional, courteous and could not be more helpful. I was incredibly impressed when I was told a repair technician would be able to be at my home within two hours of my phone call. The technician, Joe I, called to confirm that and arrived promptly as promised. He quickly diagnose my problem, give me a breakdown of the cost and the time needed for repair. Our spring broke around 7pm on Friday night. We called around 7:30 am Saturday and Joe was at our house by 10:30am. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us 3 options and we ended up going with not only new springs but also a new opener as we had been talking about replacing ours since it was 18 years old. Joe helped get all the remotes and keyless pad programmed plus showed me how to control it from my phone. He did a great job, was quick, thorough and efficient. We would absolutely recommend Precision and Joe.

Joe was great he called half an hour before he got here to make sure I was ready for him. When he got here he gave me three options to choose from. I picked the option I wanted and he was done with the work within an hour. Joe was easy to talk to you very personable, and wasn’t bothered by my dog Stella jumping on him. Joe was great.
