We had two new LiftMaster DC motor garage door openers installed by Sam (Precision Garage Door Service Technician). Sam exceeded all expectations, and we were able to get the garage openers installed on the same day that we called. We knew that we wanted a DC opener installed to limit the wear and tear on the wooden garage doors on our house. We contacted two other large garage door companies before Precision to get quotes and when we had pressed them on what the quote was providing, we realized that they were planning on providing cheaper openers and not the ones we had spoken about. Precision was very upfront and listened to the issues that we were having and provided the right solution the first time at a very competitive price. We would highly recommend them.

A spring broke on the garage door so we checked online and found Precision which has excellent reviews. They were right! We called and less than 24 hrs later the technician arrived. Joe did a great job replacing the springs. He was knowledgeable, professional, prompt and a nice person. The garage door is now working better than ever! We recommend Precision and will call again if any garage door issues come up.

Fantastic service and friendly. Joe Igla was absolutely one of the nicest, friendliest, professional people I’ve met in a long time. I was very impressed with his friendly, professional demeanor. He quickly diagnosed the problem. Explained why the door was doing what it was doing and how he was going to fix it. He had the new sensors installed and completed in about 20 minutes. We are extremally pleased with the prompt response, care and professionalism we received from Precision Garage Door Service. Even though our house is only eight years old, the garage door opened so slow it appeared to be 80. I was concerned one day soon the door wouldn't open at all and my car would be trapped inside. Sam, our service technician, carefully examined the system and gave us options based on our usage. In just a few hours, he installed the new, quiet and efficient quality system.
