We are extremally pleased with the prompt response, care and professionalism we received from Precision Garage Door Service. Even though our house is only eight years old, the garage door opened so slow it appeared to be 80. I was concerned one day soon the door wouldn't open at all and my car would be trapped inside. Sam, our service technician, carefully examined the system and gave us options based on our usage. In just a few hours, he installed the new, quiet and efficient quality system. Our door sensors prevented the doors from closing in bright sun. I had another company try to diagnose it yet no luck and $60 out of my pocket! I had seen Precision's TV ads and met them at the spring garden show so I called them and got an appointment immediately. Chuck came out and looked over the entire 3 door set up and fixed the problem by relocating the sensors back from the door edges where the sun was hitting them. Problem solved!

Their repair techs replaced 2 panels in one of our new doors, which were damaged during the original installation. It took the service guy 20 minutes, start to finish, to swap out the two panels. However, it took the company nearly a year to get around to doing it. Overall, though, I still gave them a 5-star rating for customer service, price competitiveness, and effort to be the go-to garage door vendor in the PNW!

Sam was our technician and did a great job. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was efficient in his set up of tools and parts to accomplish the rebuild of our door spring system. Sam took the time to show me how to lubricate the door hinges as well while he did that. Total time to replace my internal spring system was about an hour. He is a very knowledgeable person and an excellent representative of Precision Door Service.

The service tech (Joe) arrived exactly on time and quickly reviewed all potential options for our garage door. We definitely need a new opener system, he was ready with appropriate options. Once we selected the opener he immediately went to work removing the existing (failed 30 year old opener) and installing the new one. Joe's instructions on the new opener's use were excellent. For a little additional expense Joe completely replaced all rollers and bearings on the door to make the new opener more quiet and efficient. The best that door has operated in 20 years. Excellent customer service.
