Excellent service all round. Website for appointment was transparent. Brian texted and called before showing up (on time.) Gave very thorough estimate and evaluation of repairs, maintenance, and tuneups needed. Very pleasant and easy to understand. Had a well-stocked truck and completed repairs in < 3 hours. The job was moderately expensive, a bit more than we had tentatively anticipated; but the efficiency and detail were so great that we didn't feel like getting a second opinion. This is a local franchise of a national group; but Brian Stearns did an excellent job. We highly recommend him.
