I contacted Precision because our garage door was acting up and hadn't been serviced in years, and because Precision is a sponsor of Oregon Public Broadcasting radio. Beau, the technician, showed up on schedule and was very professional and personable. We ended up having him conduct a major hardware retrofit and replacing the garage door opener. He completed the work this morning; so far, so good. And the opener is much quieter than the old one, which is important because it is right below our home's guest bedroom.

Jackson installed the Liftmaster 6690L Smart opener complete package and did an excellent job replacing a 16 year old opener. I couldn’t believe how quiet it is now. He also explained everything clearly so that I could decide which way to go with my decision. After seeing the commercials for many years, I’m glad I picked them.

I had an issue with door not opening fully today at our detached garage with no other exterior entrance , and key pad tempermental .. for several days.. I called Precision Door at around 11 am. The scheduling person said they could come this afternoon between 1 and 3. At 1:05 there was a knock on the door and the very pleasant technician was there! I know this doesnt't happen all the time but I have always had great response , no-one trying to upsell, and they are fast and efficient. Never had a complaint and have called Precision door for years.
