I had my garage door tune up today. The technician had completed other work earlier here too. As in the past he was super enthusiastic and made the door go back to it's original "purr". You have a great company that has helped with fixing the door and maintaining it for many years. Note, I had a rough work week so far and couldn't match their upbeat enthusiasm. No reflection on him or the company, just a couple of low sleep nights trying to find a solution for a clients business dilemma. Also, good to see that you are training new employees for your trade. The trades industry is extremely important in building and maintaining just about everything in our country.

We had a new opener, spring, and related hardware installed last January and wanted to have it inspected and adjusted prior to Winter. We were able to get an appointment the same day we called and our tech was great about keeping us informed as to the time he would be on site. The service was excellent as he adjusted the spring tension, opener arm, and lubricated all the necessary fittings. We were really appreciative that Luke answered all our questions and explained what adjustment were made and why. We couldn't have asked for more.

I called on Friday night after 5 pm & booked an appointment window from 8-10 am on Saturday morning. The original problem had self resolved by the time he arrived. Robert Ruffin provided an assessment of the condition of my 2006 era door & supporting hardware. I approved the estimate & he repaired all worn-out items & provided me a 10 year warranty. The process was easy & completed timely. Robert was informative, polite & completed the work with professionalism.

We had Chuck come to our house to fix a beeping noise coming from our garage door opener. We suspected it was the back up battery. It was not. The garage door opener was fine. He tuned the opener so our service call money did not go to waste. He then diagnosed our problem. We had an old unused Verizon cable box. Its back up battery was the culprit. Chuck removed the battery and the box. Thanks Chuck!

I had trouble closing my garage door and the technician, Luke Dials, was able to arrive here to help within 30 minutes of my making the appointment. I needed a new opener and a myriad of replacement parts, as well as a new, bottom rubber seal to the garage door. Luke helped create room for his work, by moving some things out of my garage and helping return them, when the job was done. He was thorough and efficient and extremely pleasant to deal with. Luke patiently helped program the new opening system. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door!

Fantastic service! The technician (Chuck) arrived right before 10 AM. I booked the appointment online at 9:40 this morning for today between 10 and 12. He was here at 10:00! Chuck was friendly, professional and knew exactly what to do. He had everything in the truck to complete the job - and he even had an new remote I asked for after he got here He quoted me the charge and the final bill was exactly as quoted. Chuck was thorough with his inspection and checked the door operation before leaving. He explained the services he'd performed and showed me his work. He left the area clean . The efficiency of the service allowed me extra time to get more done afterwards than I had expected. My neighbor saw him at work and after I bragged about the service she asked me to get Chuck's card - which he promptly supplied. This experience is exactly why Precision is the only company I go to for all my garage door needs.

Excellent service from Bo the tech. He arrived promptly after my call to replace the broken springs on my garage door. He was very friendly and professional. He gave my door a complete overhaul and showed me all the worn parts to replace. He even was kind enough to fix my doorbell at no extra charge. This service comes with a 10year warranty on all parts and labor. Call these guys and ask for Bo, he is the best!!

Luke came to our house right on time. He quickly assessed our problem (our garage door wouldn't open). He explained what was happening, gave us some options to choose from for repair, and the cost of each option. The hardware in our garage for opening the doors was from 1968, when our house was built. We could understand why things weren't working any longer. Luke was able to replace the moving parts of the hardware and transition the old system to a new system that is much quieter, much safer, and also was able to bring the garage doors lower the the ground. In a matter of a few hours the work was done. Luke also tweeked our garage door system so lights would automatically come on when we open the doors. No more driving into a dark space once your headlights go off. All in all, a very good outcome and we were very happy with our interactions with Luke.

Samuel explained the potential causes of the overhead door disconnect from the driver checking them all. After adjusting the spring he left us with cleaning and lube instructions. We enjoyed having him here.
