The quote I got from the 24/7 support service was less than half of what the actual fee was. The tech was very nice and knowledgeable and provided great service, but I felt stuck having to choose between 3 options that were all more than double the quote from the call taker. I’m sure I got a good product but it did not feel like a truthful disclosure.

Precision did a great job getting my garage door operational again after a spring broke and some parts got bent and damaged. The technician presented me with several options, did a great job explaining everything and got parts installed and working again quickly. I'll definitely use them when I'm ready to upgrade my system.

Our garage opener stopped working. We were able to get an appointment right away. Levi was a great technician and diagnosed the problem. Our old opener was over 20 year old and was beyond repair. We bought the same opener we bought for our other garage door and Levi was able to install it on the same say. Levi was very helpful in setting up the app on my phone that gives information every time the garage door is open or closed. He was very professional and curteous. I really appreciate the excellent service I received from Levi and Precision. Thanks!

QUOTE FOR INSTALLATION OF DOORS Eric came to quote on installing new doors -- was courteous and professional - knew his product well.. Notified me just before coming. He listened to what I may want and offered great suggestions. Explained about the quality of different doors. Liked the company for posting info about the person coming with a picture. I had two technicians Luke and Steven who worked on my garage doors. One door had stopped working altogether. They replaced the springs and other parts on both doors and serviced them, gave me a 10-year guarantee on the parts. Luke was personable, explained everything that would be done, gave me a free can of garage door lubrication with instructions to lubricate 2 times a year. At 1:15 p.m. yesterday my garage door suddenly wouldn't open -one week before my house was to be listed for sale. Based on a friend's experience and my realtor's recommendation, I called Precision. Brittney was very helpful and efficient in gathering information, then said there was an open window from 2:00 - 4:00 that same afternoon! At 1:50 I got a call from Luke saying he would be there at 2:20. At 2:15 he pulled in the driveway, friendly and easy-going, asking me questions, assessing the problem, then gave me 3 options. I chose one and he went to work - replacing cables and rebalancing springs - done in less than 30 minutes. He even programmed new remotes I had bought elsewhere and helped clean up behind a cabinet that had to be moved. Luke definitely knew what he was doing, and his customer service was above and beyond. I wish every company was this competent and responsive - very impressive!!

Garage door unfortunately had some older components that failed, rendering it inoperable. Gabe came to my home the same day, walked me through several service options, and fixed my unit that day/restored it to operations.
